Its been a while since ive played here regularly. I did enjoy the deposit bonuses offered. Game selection is nice. I have found games here that few other sites will have. Never won anything too big but its alot of fun to play.

Used to love this place, they have a bunch of games take take fractions of crypto/pennies for spins and win or lose, I could ship them 5 bucks in litecoin and have a decent time. That abruptly changed, probably the worst customer service experience of all time, and there’s plenty of turds on that list. My email complaint to the casino, summarizing the event: Last evening I attempted to deposit approximately $8.10 worth of bitcoin. After 15 confirmed minutes on the blockchain it was still not available in my account. I reached out to your customer 'support'. After essentially wasting my time, I was made aware for the first time ever that apparently there is a deposit minimum here. Most casinos have one, but I have made at least 5-6 deposits of 10 dollars or less, the most recent of which was literally less than 24 hours ago. I have always been credited immediately. Tonight was a different story altogether. This is the first I have been told about the mandatory minimum deposit, which is located on a separate page. (LITERALLY NO MENTION OF A MINIMUM DEPOSIT ON THE DEPOSIT PAGE, ANYWHERE) In addition, none of that information is visible where a player would click to make a deposit. in fact, when one does an Internet search for casino adrenaline the Internet says your minimum deposit is far lower than the webpage. I was provided a link to by the first of two members of your support staff, who were beyond rude. The first basically hung up milliseconds after telling me you're keeping my deposit and not crediting my account. The second didn't even try to find out why I was contacting them before ALSO disconnecting before I even had time to respond, and the third time I tried, the chat window for support was forcibly manipulated to the point I was unable to communicate any further. (I know this seems potentially beyond belief, but I reloaded my webpage several times and even restarted my device. I also took video). If your casino doesnt want any more deposits from me, that's acceptable on my end as well, as I will certainly be making the details of tonight's encounter available to every casino website possible. What I would like is ANY possible explanation as to why customer service would be that rude to a customer and, why, after accepting a five dollar litecoin deposit on January 21, was I told 'sorry we're keeping your money because it was not the mandatory minimum' (by somebody who should never hold a customer service position) 19 hours later? -Eagerly awaiting any response They responded and gave me a $10 chip with a playthrough value that went nowhere, when all I wanted was my $8.10 returned. Hate this web page set up, it jumps around win you try to claim bonus or sign up offers, customer service sucked, said I should have claimed bonus before deposit.... I thought I had. He said too bad. I was very di and I actually asked for my account to be deleted. I received email apologies for my experience and said I had a welcome bonus waiting should I choose to log in again. I did and there was no added anything. Bad business, bad customer care. I also had submitted my verification documents and received email saying they don't require this, although it is on the register page, upload was easy unlike clicking on promotions or entering codes. Worst ever experience! Only bad apple I've encountered here at lcb site.
