About Blackjack

You will notice something about Tropezia Palace’s Blackjack game right from the off. Have a look at the gaming table. It is a burgundy! You don’t normally get this with Blackjack tables, but it is much appreciated nonetheless, and it really makes the game stand out from other blackjack titles. As far as the gameplay itself goes though, there isn’t much to separate this one from other games.

Wagering on this blackjack game is fair, and it has a minimum bet of just 1.00. The maximum bet on the other hand is fixed at a high 500.00 per hand. Your betting chips include 1.00, 5.00, 10.00, 25.00 and 100.00 denominations. This range should enable you to bet with pretty much whatever stake that you see fit.

How to Play Blackjack

Despite there being three betting markers on the table, you can only bet on one hand in this game. Once your bet has been placed, hitting deal will start the game. Plays can choose to double your bets if they wish, but that is a bold move which is normally reserved only for those players who have a hand of twenty, or another good point hand.

This blackjack game has cut out some of the more popular rules. For instance, doubling down and splitting don’t seem to appear in this title. Whilst that is great news for beginners, it may turn out to be rather upsetting for any gamer hoping for a 100% professional blackjack experience.

Blackjack pays 3:2 in this game, whilst Insurance pays out at 2:1. All other wins are 1:1. This is pretty much the standard for all blackjack games.

Final Thoughts

Players should not confuse Tropezia Palace’s blackjack game. It is designed as a basic blackjack title, so there should be no surprises about how simple its gameplay is. But there is one overriding factor which is perhaps slightly more pressing. This blackjack game tends to see the player lose more often than other blackjack games. During a long trial period, many of the hands went the dealer’s way, often with just a point between the two hands. That is rather unsettling, but it could be an anomaly.

Still, if you are new to blackjack, you may find this game a treat. It can be played for free, and will provide you with a more than adequate introduction to the game. It is very easy to grasp, and quite enjoyable – as long as the dealer isn’t winning all of the hands, that is!
