thanks for the no deposit bonus but unfortunately I disagree with the following: after playing the wagering requirements and sending my documents to verify my account they tell me that I must deposit $ 50 to reach the minimum withdrawal of $ 100 after that play once my deposit, this condition on the part of the casino is a term too much in their favor since the chances of losing are very high I understand that you have to make a verification deposit and play it once but here two things the minimum deposit is 50 and the minimum withdrawal is 100 it is very difficult to achieve this bonus is a loss I am sorry to comment but that happened to me I will let it lose.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The bonus code I received didn't work and the customer support took forever to respond. When they finally did, they weren't able to resolve the issue. The promises made about the bonus were not kept. Because of this, I can't give a higher rating.

Anywho, although I can't pinpoint the exact date when the change took place, the facts remain the same: The casino's site has undergone a massive renovation and depending on your point of view, for better or worse. For the "worse" crowd, that conclusion would be because the casino has removed the vast majority of its RTG/SpinLogic offerings when playing slots. For the "better" crowd, that determination may be influenced because of the new gaming options being offered. In fact, with the new update, I'd say at minimum, Rich Palms has doubled the amount of games members can engage with than prior to its makeover. What would make me give the casino a 5-Star rating is if the casino offered BOTH the RTG/SpinLogic games AND all of its updated library simultaneously. I personally only recognized some of their new games and that's because Rich Palms Casino now features a lot of the gaming library that can be found on Ignition Casino.

Rich Palms is ok but they arre very stingy with free chips/fs. A while back, I deposited at RPC because LCB RECCOMMENDS THEM ON THe homepage. I played, I lost and RPC never offered me anything. I also never see ndb posted anywhere for depositing players. I am actually surprised this casino has a decent rating. After making several deposits, I finally won and tried to make my first withdrawal. The verification process is a total joke and customer service is awful. After one month of going back and fourth and them saying they never received my documents, I burned my winnings back. This is just a really bad casino group. Numerous deposits lost. Finally won $350 and cashed out. The cashout process for documents has taken many weeks. The withdraw process after documents is slow too. Been a couple days waiting. Wager is high. You cant cashout bonus money after wager, they take it back. Ive deposited with this casino several times. I did win$4000 but, i hadn't verified before hand. Ended up playing it all back through before KYC was approved. They do offer bonuses but nothing spectacular. I've heard good things about it from others, but i can't speak to their payouts first hand.

One of the things I like were the range of bonus this casino offers. They literally have a bonus everyday of the week. Not only that but they also have a great VIP program as well which is a must for me when choosing a casino. The only downside is the time it takes to receive withdrawals ranging from 2 - 7 days

Just to be fair and follow up on my last posts...I did eventually get paid. It was a long process. After splitting the $420 into two payments, I waited for the second half and it was not coming. I was then told I had to request the remaining $210 as a new withdrawal. I was never told this, and was not happy...I did not split the payout, they did. So after waiting a week, I had to do a new withdrawal request, and about 8 business days later I received the remaining $210. All in all, about 6 weeks from when I sent docs to when I got all paid via bitcoin. So, at least I got paid, but was a major hassle and took excessively long. Won't be playing here again, but you can all decide for yourselves.

Hi all- I wanted to give an update to my previous post a few spots down. (As someone else mentioned, thank goodness for sites like this to share our experiences...I have no idea how this casino got such a solid rating initially on this and other review sites. ) To briefly recap the initial post...I created a new account, and made a few real $ deposits, with no wins. They kept insisting I call anyway to do a phone verification, promising a $70 free chip to do so. So I did the phone thing, got the chip, and actually won this time. Chip had a 6x max withdrawal, so I was eligible for $420. Went to withdraw, said I need to send documents. I sent everything the next day (June 22nd). After weeks of a little response every few days, I finally got help from the rep here to nudge them. Magically, the next morning they responded (July 8th). If you are keeping score at home, this was approximately 16 days to verify my documents. Now for the new info...I requested the withdrawal via bitcoin that morning. After a week or so, I had received nothing, so checked on status. Was informed can take a week to process. Got a message on July 17th that was being sent. Keep in mind, this is 9 days from the request time for bitcoin, which to me is pretty absurd, but OK. It was apparently pending all day (possibly sent with low fee or whatever), but I finally received something late in the day. $210. What?? So I messaged them confirming that I received the $210, but where is the other $210? Are you really sending such a small cashout in multiple payments??? Four days later (This morning, July 22), I finally get a response (BTW, nearly every inquiry I sent took 3-4 days for a response. That is insanely bad service). I created an account at Rich Palms a few weeks ago, and made a few deposits. I had fun playing and liked the style of the site, but unfortunately I did not win. They called my phone a couple times but I was unavailable. After making an additional deposit, they kept emailing that I should verify my account by phone. The email offered a free chip to do the phone verify. I lost the last deposit, but did the phone verification for the future, plus figured why not get the free chip. Well I finally won something with the free chip, met the playthrough requirements, and was ready to cashout the maximum 6x value allowed with this chip. Here's where the frustration started... Despite doing the phone verification, the option to even request a withdrawal was unavailable in the cashier...It said have to complete account verification. OK, I get it, they need documents like most sites...I talk to chat, find out what is needed, etc. So the next day, I email them 2 completed forms as well as copies of my ID, credit card, & utility bill...everything that was requested. 3 days go by, then I get an email saying thanks for sending everything, but we just wanted to check if the bank you listed is the only bank you use, as they don't process international bank wires "directly". I thought it was alright I claimed my bonus made my deposit and actually won to the end of my through. Only thing is I was at $60 when I made it to the end of my playthrough. So of course because I was going to be able to win possibly anyways, I knew better to get my hopes up and of course lost all my winnings cause once playthough has been met seems like games stop hitting.

I tried out Rich Palms They had a generous welcome bonus, didn't make it past play through unfortunately. Nice layout like most of the RTG sites these days. I'm not crazy about the long wait times for withdrawals however. Seems like a few days is a bit long to wait. Also I thought the minimum withdrawal was a bit high at $100.
