They take a long time payout got an email saying successfully processed my payout through bitcoin been a day and still nothing no transaction on blockchain no pending transaction wouldn’t give me txid been over 8 days since withdrawal was initiated now they say I would have to wait 24 to 48 hour after payout to get txid, our deposit are instant why is payout not the same especially if it’s crypto and there site advertises super fast payout which is a lie I feel like they just always give you the runaround with answers and why send email saying withdrawal is successfully processed which it really isn’t don’t have this problem with other gaming sites when they process crypto you get it instantly except slotswin

I really enjoyed this casino at first but could never seem to get a solid win going for me. I was impressed by the amount of tournament play that was available and actually won a couple. But I could not access those bonuses without making deposits which I did. Absolutely atrocious casino. They had no problem acceptibg my deposit. However, i had issues recouping my winnings. Ended up having to file complaomts with Casino Guru who, in fact, was finally able to get my winnings allocated to me.
