Didnt really care for spinfinity after signing up. Mostly because the host are so rude and non human with their answers. I found the site very similar to CasinoMax, so i didnt feel the need to go ahead and go through validating my account. The host are less than friendly if you really need something looked into. Bitcoin payout timeframe of 48 hours is a lie, it’s been 72 hours and they haven’t even started reviewing the payout request, no one can offer up any real answer as to why that is. Then Aiden insults me by telling me that I submitted payout request 2 days after I actually had done so, even after I provided a screenshot of an email showing request date 01.10.21 seems like they go above and beyond to take in your $$$$ but could careless when you try to cash out a “winning” I’m still skeptical wether I’ll get the winning paid out or not. The customer service agent Aden deserves the full credit for the rating. Treated me as if I was not important enough to actually talk to a manager regarding my request issue. I have spent the following amount of money. $4,657.27 since January 2020 (at both CasinoMax and Spinfinity) $4300 at CasinoMax and $300 at Spinfinity, all since Jan of 2020.) I would've accepted a manager's decision to not honer my initial request, but when Aden (the agent/host) refused to talk, ask, or even consult with a manger. He obviously enjoyed his power trip but he lost every bit of my business. Acted like he was god himself and I was only bothering him. I lost my cool and called him a choice name, but at this point I have already had wanted my account cancelled. He acted as if he's my authority, but the guy can't even close my account on his own. There was a lot of hype surrounding Spinfinity before they were up and running and I have to say I felt pretty deflated after playing here. I don't feel like the site was all that spectacular, more reminiscent of a community college web design class mid term project than an out of this universe gaming experience.
