Lucky creek used to be one of my favorite casinos. I have cashed out probably closed to $10,000 with them. One of my favorite things about the site is that you can deposit not only with bitcoin but also with a credit card. The cashout times could be better as when you have to wait 4 plus days to cashout alot of times you will ens up playing your balance down.

My question to support was if they could tell me where in the T&Cs it showed the minimum and maximum deposits for a bonus per each currency? Wasn't there. . Still probably isn't there.

Only reading this casino solo because of the very high minimum cash out. Not really anything to rave about or complain about here. They offer so many bonus’s that they allow you to claim so that when an attempt is made to withdraw funds they can tell you you violated the terms by claiming to many consecutive bonuses. Absolutely horrible I receive nonstop emails from this group pertaining free spins with bonus codes or FreePlay money I attempt to use the code it doesn’t work I respond to the email stating that code doesn’t work and please stop emailing me yet I always receive a response from a higher up representative telling me that whatever FreePlay was issued is now in my account and to play my own free will. I happened to win on one of these and attempted to withdraw submitted all my verification documents and received an email stating that I had violated the terms and conditions by using multiple free please yeah I’m baited in by the nonstop emails telling me to come and play! Out of all the casinos in this group, Lucky Creek was the best for me! I actually won and met the playthrough requirements and had the 100.00 balance leftover to request a cash out. Now the verification process took about a week, and I had to follow up with them twice to push the process along, but once I did that, the payment was sent the following day. Unfortunately they only accept bitcoin for crypto deposits, it costed me more to send a subsequent deposit (which I unfortunately did not win with) but that's the only reason I haven't been back since. 2 reasons why this site didn't get a perfect score from me. The live chat is TERRIBLE. It seems like there is only one person for the entire site. When they do reply (which could take upwards of 3 to 5 minutes before the chat window times out) sometimes they don't even respond back to the message they opened! My payout took about 7, 8 days. these casinos are a joke, you never win anything or get playback, have to use as many bonuses as possible just to keep playing for more than 5 minutes. lucky creek, grand eagle, mandarin palace, treasure mile,they are all the same. after multiple losses with little to no playback, got a support operator bonus who said there was no max cashout on it minus the original 50 given, first time winning got up to 400 and met the wager requirements, forfeited the 50. after putting in at all four of their casinos multiple times and they turn around and change the cashout to 100 and say terms and conditions and dont even listen to me when i say there was supposed to be no max cashout as per the operator who applied it. terrible customer service and slots dont give playback at all.

This casino is definitely one of the best saucify casinos that there is out there. They have good bonuses and are trustworthy with the cashouts. Also they have added some rival and betsoft games to the mix which actually makes it better as far as having some variety.

Well I like Lucky Creek and I deposit there often. Or I did deposit there often. I recently on on the 10 free dollars they are giving away, Max cash out of 100. So I went to withdraw and I was told I could not because I took more than three free spins in a row. be careful playing here if you are from the united states. For some reason my profile on here thinks im from canada, but im american. I finished playthrough for a no deposit bonus and tried to cash out $100. I primarily play in bitcoin, and when i contacted support for help, they said i need to make a $20 deposit in order to make my withdrawal which i said wouldnt be a problem. I just saw something interesting on Lucky Creek casino. I won eighth place in a tournament and received $12.50 to play on. I played for a while with small bets and as my money was running out, something strange happened. I was playing Rise of the Spartans and if you get three Xertzes icons you get the feature for a bonus. Well everything was fine until I was down to very little money then I hit the three icons and guess what? Nothing happened!! No bonus, no feature, nothing.
