The platform improved quite a bit since when I first became a customer about two years ago. I dont like the generic set of games too much but they are doing a much better job with overall UX I have never cashed out here but I have deposited and the bonuses are so so and I think usually come with max cashout and the impossible playthrough multipliers.

Man first and foremost the old lucky tiger has come a long way. The layout now is spintastic. When I first signed up I played with a no deposit bonus for which I ended up completing the playthrough requirements. I contacted the casino about cashing out and also sent all necessary documentation needed for verification that I've used with no issues at other casinos. To my surprise I received a response stating that "after careful examination of my documents they are terminating my account because players from Russia are not allowed." I am a permanent resident of the United States and used my permanent resident card (issued by the United States) along with other address-verifying documents all originating from the United States, yet somehow get classified as a player from Russia. Unfortunately this left a bad taste in my mouth and I didn't even try to argue.

I wonder if betsoft has a special sort of license or other relationship with a licensing authority that enables them to keep opening these new rogue casinos that are completely unreliable and sketchy. They let you win easily when playing with no deposit bonuses but then theyll make it incredibly difficult for you to cashout your winnings from the no deposit bonus and then as soon as you deposit real money, all of the games go Ice cold. I sound like a conspiracy theorist, but I have experienced these things too many times to just ignore it or write it off as a coincidence.

At first I thought this was going to be a decent place to play. Until I won on a no deposit bonus with a $50 cashout limit. That part is pretty normal, what is NOT normal is the fact that the minimum amount you can withdraw is $100. So to collect the $50, you are required to deposit $50, play that 50 through 1x which then potentially you are not able to cashout at all! When I asked about it I was told the bonus is there for new people to try out the games! Unbelievable! Would NOT recommend!!!!!

Too much promo fluff and nothing really that unique about the experience that makes it worth it for the amount of spam you have to filter through just to figure out what is a worthwhile bonus to use for your deposit. Its been a while since I played here but the other thing that bugged me was even after depositing I was locked out of certain types of table games not because of region blocks, but because I had to hit a certain amount of play on regular slots in order to get access. If you like to win big or even small but never be able to collect your money. Luckytiger is the casino. I have attempted to collect 3 separate times from Luckytigercasino. Took weeks for verification. And more weeks to tell me i wasn't eligible to correct $9000. The did give me $200 . It took 10 more business days to collect another $200 and they deducted $8500. From my account. I still had $100 that they wouldn't deposit cause I had $0.00. So to get the $100, they required me to $deposit more money. I did and they still won't withdraw the funds. I just didn't like the set up for example having to constantly deposit to claim promotions. I also never hit here off of multiple deposits so don't know how they are on withdraws.

As far as rtg casinos go this is one of my favorite. Mainly because I have experienced quite a bit of luck here. Also because Lucky Tiger along with it's sister sites offer some of the best bonuses around, out of any casinos. I have never had any trouble with payouts here. Although one of their sister sites did void a win due to an infraction of their T&C. That was the only one out of several payouts from this brand group, and I did break their T&C. I really enjoyed playing at this casino with a descent amount of free chip to play with I got a lot of time playing. I was so close to cashing out too but right before I got through my playthrough I lost it all. I was very dissappointed at that however I enjoyed myself. I wanted to make a deposit however, their deposit match bonuses aren't anything special. I'd prefer to get my hands on low-wagering 5x-20x playthrough with at least 250% and up to start along with 40+ spins. That's a general starting point when I'm looking into depositing. I can find those kinds of bonuses at some of the other RTG group casino's. I'll keep an eye out for some of their future offers because I'd like to play here again.
