Playacroc is an okay casino. I have deposited here and here are some things I like. The design is really well put together. It has a lot of the rtg games and many many bonuses. It has a really good marketing strategy which is one of its strongest suits. However, here's the things I don't like. It's wager requirements for bonuses are too high. It will offer free spins and deposit bonuses seem very generous but the winnings are held hostage to some very excessive wager requirements which you are not likely to complete. In my experience, this is predatory practice and not gambler friendly. So, my rating on this casino would have been higher if this casino did not have a 3 to 4 day wait on the approval of verification documents. And within that time limit there is ZERO communication with the customer as they wait for approval. Which can lead to an even longer process for verification. All nice,flashy, sweet bonuses and big offers at the start, once you've dropped over $700 it turns very dry, very bare, customer support takes way too long and the site honestly offers nothing after a short amount of time and I would not waste my time and money on here

The jury is definitely out on this casino. I deposit by bitcoin only and always send my verification documents in ahead of time before any cash out. I have played a couple thousand so far and not cashed out and guess what my documents are Not approved. Now imagine if I actually had a cash out... first it took over a week and they said we need a pic of you holding your id l- really for bitcoin only... anyway I sent it via email and live chat and was told they would review been almost 5 days and still Not approved and they said may take another week.
