Extreme Casino doesn't really have anything that sets it apart from its sister casino sites. Everything feels very repetitive, with the same promotions, layout, and overall experience. On top of that, customer support is often difficult to engage with and can feel almost nonexistent at times. Even when you report an issue or are told that something will be addressed, the promised follow-up or resolution rarely seems to happen. Overall, the experience lacks the responsiveness and unique features that would make me want to keep coming back.

It was not to bad. I thought it was a little hard to navigate. It was diffinitly not for the first timer. Some people would actually probably enjoy that but for the beginner might be a little frustrating.

I try not to bad mouth to many casinos but from my very first experiance at this site I was not liking the customer service to much. I tried to chat with support right after I signed up. I was just inquiring about specific rules of some of the bonuses they were offering at the time. I was told the rules were listed in the terms so maybe I should try to read the rules there. He was probably right but thats not good customer service. He could of linked the rules and said here you go. Maybe he was having a bad day but 3 strikes your out.

One of the better casinos for fair play. Bonuses are steady and occasionally above expectations. Customer support is maybe just above average. Banking is slow with KYC approvals, but once that's done, withdrawals are quick and painless. If support had a better attitude and finance wasn't so dismissive, this would've gotten a higher rating. However, those two things tend to be good predictors of a casino's direction...

Once you remember to read through the promotions fine print, the withdrawals are extremely quick and easily obtained. However like most I had a nice learning curve of let downs after I broke some bonus rules and didn't read the max cashout a few times. I’d say out of all of the sister casinos like Brango Or yabby or limitless or orbit spins extreme Casino has to be the top casino in regards to those I’ve named they’ve all adopted a cheap scummy form of providing players with bonuses that I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t complain in regards to that either I just know I have better luck with extreme casino.
