Ya they have always been solid at paying out in 72hrs. Untill 2021. I have had 2 payout requests so far this year and the first one ($400) took almost 3 weeks (They said I had to send a new set of documents after 5 years of playing there!!-What a Joke) and the 2nd one ($1,030.00) is still pending after 4 days.

They do have very good bonuses for deposit but I made a deposit in litecoin for a small amount $25 worth and wanted to use one of the bonus deposits with it. When I copy and pasted the address they provided, hours went by and my deposit still was not present. So on coinbase it shows my deposit was verified and when I looked on to the blockchain cypher website the transaction was completed but when I look closely on the litecoin explorer cypher, it seems that the amount that I deposited went to an address that started with a 3 as if it was a Bitcoin address. I signed up for a player account in 2015 and had made multiple deposits. When trying to log on recently, I had to retrieve my forgotten password and after resetting it I was informed I was unable to log in and had to contact support. When contacted support, they stated I am unable to access account and could not give me a solid reason other than it was due to their security checks. Horrible excuse and unfair practices.

They give a lot of free chips but their slot games are just okay in terms of variety and payout. I had some technical issues logging into their software and the web based version crashes a lot. I'm not sure about their cashouts and how quick or easy that process is.

I like this casino a lot. Chat assistance is good. Sometimes though they will give you pre-written answers that do not answer your question. I like Uptown Aces, I've made a couple good cashouts there. They pay promptly and the bonuses are good. The only downside is they were quick to put me on a bonus restriction after my first cashout even though my total deposits amount was more than my payout. I would definitely play there more often if they removed my bonus restriction. Other than that its an all around great RTG casino, and I would definitely recommend them.

I joined this casino not too long ago and already, I have reached the playthrough of one of the no deposit/free chip coupons and on top of that, profited almost $500. I like that you can withdraw via neteller, skrill, etc. and the free tournament buy-ins as well. However, three things I dislike... When I talked to customer service the first time I tried to withdraw, I was told that I didn't need to make a deposit in order to, that I'd just have to submit two documents to verify my identity. I did, got them approved, all that. I still had trouble trying to withdraw. So, I talked to customer service a second time. This time, I was told that I'd have to make a deposit of at least $25. This casino revamped itself months ago with the name it now has "Uptown Aces Casino." It use to be "Desert Nights Casino." I did not have a good experience here after my first deposit. I was able to claim a deposit bonus which was quite good, so that was nice, but playing the games I did not have anything special happen, I did not hit free spins very often on any games.
