The worst casino I've ever played. While most casinos are set up with rules that make winning money a challenge Primaplay is actively looking for reasons and ways to not pay. I've won multiple times here on "free bonuses" after having made fairly large real money deposits and every time for different reasons they voided my winnings. The terms are definitely not in your favor but even if you slip thru the cracks while abiding to those terms they will likely move the goalposts and deny your winnings with a loophole. I've been playing prima for almost a year now and I've had no problems until now. I have made a few deposits on there here and there. Nothing too big but I've made my deposits. So I claimed bonus for 100 free spins on merkats. on those winnings I managed to do the x35 rollover. The terms and conditions stated for all depositing players. No where did I read I had to make a deposit in-between claiming bonuses. They didn't even explain to me what the last bonus I claimed was and they denied my request for withdraw. Also they did not fund my account back with my winnings. Also said even if I did make a deposit that my winnings were just gone. PrimaPlay still has not paid me out from a completely legitimate win from a straight cash deposit via my debit card and I won over $1200 and it has been 2 months now and NOTHING! I have already been verified and everything and they claimed to have sent it immediately after i made my withdrawal and obviously i never got it and when I asked for proof of the so called wire transfer they were not able to do so even till now. They then claimed after 7 weeks have passed and after both LCB and I had been messaging them non stop that the wire transfer was rejected from my bank which makes NO SENSE AT ALL because I still have the exact copy of the verification form that i had sent it with my bank information and I have been and still am using that bank account with no issues at all which mean that it can only be 1 of 2 things. They either: 1. Never sent they wire transfer and lied pretending to have sent it (which would explain why they could not/cannot provide any proof of such) Or 2. They made a mistake when entering my bank account information for the transfer which makes it 100% their fault and if so they should send me payment right away which has not happened! The whole time they kept saying that they cannot send me my payment because they first need to find the “wire transfer” that they supposedly sent and have to cancel it just to send another one. Now am I the only one that finds that not only ridiculous because why would they have to trace a wire transfer they sent just to have to cancel it and resend it, if they actually indeed did send it but also completely an unacceptable excuse! Especially for 7 weeks!!! They last responded a week ago stating that whole bit about how their processor said my bank supposedly rejected their wire transfer (with no proof of any of this and let’s not forget that it took 7 weeks to finally get this response) and I requested for them to send me my payment via bitcoin as this whole thing has been a big fat waste of time and completely of no fault to myself and most importantly it’s about frikking time i get paid!! They said they will get back to me about that and still have not responded. Is it that their company is run by illiterate, deaf mutes that have difficulty communicating?? I mean because why else would it take them so long to give me any response in this digital day and age where people can literally communicate with anyone in a matter of seconds?! I hope anyone considering making a deposit reads my story and seriously reconsiders. There is no excuse for NOT PAYING OUT A LEGITMATE WIN AFTER 8 WEEKS!

I am officially done with all rtg casinos because of primaplay. I won over 1400 there a couple weeks ago. After I had met the WR and the locked games not allowed were unlocked I played a few hands of blackjack and 3 card poker. I only lost money when I did this. I assumed once WR was met this was no longer considered bonus money. Because it is not bonus any longer it is my funds I won. It's only bonus money before you complete play through. Once you meet WR you can withdraw it so therefor it's not bonus anymore it's actual money. Why are the games unlocked if you still are not allowed to play them unless they are obviously just trying to get you to play them. It said approved payout over a week ago so I have really been counting on this. They never sent me an email to tell me they void my winnings or anything. I had to go to live chat to find out. They should have to specify that all funds are considered bonus funds forever if you started with a bonus. Because at most casinos once it has been unlocked it is not bonus anymore. This is another RTG casino with most of the same slots you've seen before, but the configurations of the slots gives more options than most (some slots are listed twice - one with a feature guarnatee and one without, etc.). The website is very well done, but the one thing that really separates it from most of the rest of the RTG casinos are the promotions. I opened an account via lcb forum but I did not receive the no deposit bonus for being from Mexico and Mexican players cannot use free chips, which is not established in the forum, well after this the online representative told me that I could make a deposit and receive 420% which I made and made a deposit of 20 euros and played with 102.5 euros, unfortunately I did not win anything and then they gave me other free spins but neither did I win and I have not received promotions again I am left with the illusion of having thought about Win something, the only thing that the casino has good is the instant withdrawal.
