They always remember my anniversary date, that is the date I first registered with them, and they send me an email on that day, and give me a bonus offer on that day too. Submitted my kyc back on the 29th of December, it’s now the 10th of January. I was approved to withdraw my money in the form of 180$’s this past Saturday. I submitted my 180$ redemption request and was then informed they may have made a error and were double Checking to make sure I was actually verified. They concluded that I was in fact verified and I put in my request for 180$’s only to then be told that it would even with a Bitcoin withdrawal be 1-2 business days for the withdrawal. I submitted it on Sunday or Monday and they’re pretty much not Going to do it until Wednesday apparently. They were going on about how they had quick kyc and quick payouts especially with Bitcoin. That doesn’t seem to be true as of yet but this review could change. The gameplay however was good and the customer service was great until I submitted my withdrawal then they took the chat box off the site for me and are pretty much avoiding me. An update to my prior review - after successfully verifying my account, I logged in to request my long awaited withdrawal. Shortly after, my account was closed because I am apparently registered from a state that's prohibited from playing here - Colorado.

I signed up with the 100 free spins no deposit and ended up with a high balance from the fs - meaning I had a playthugh of nearly $6,000 before I could potentially cash out the max of $180. I managed to make that playthugh and submitted my documents for verification on Wednesday of last week. With the decent reviews I decided to deposit at Grande Vegas. They had a generous match bonus but unlike most other casinos, there is no link to the T&C's and the conditions are vague. I also could not find T&C's anywhere on the site and had to ask live chat where they were located and they only gave me a link. So in all fairness I should have done some "digging" before accepting the bonus because a $30 deposit with 300% bonus had close to a $5,000 playthrough! But I don't believe they play fair by making it so difficult to find the T&C's

Grande Vegas Casino runs congruent with the average rtg casino as far as games and layout. However they do offer nice match bonuses and hefty NDB for in-between deposits. I have not played here a whole lot and for that reason have not been in a position to request a payout. So I can not speak on that. There's something overblown about some casinos, too. Unfortunately, I had the same trouble at the Grand Vegas Casino. I was so bored, I stopped trying after a few weeks. Subject document approval. Repeatedly the pictures are not suitable, re-take and send, open and the photos accepted in the first submission in other casinos are rejected here. It's been weeks since I've been trying to get it back. The billing photo is very clear. However, it is rejected because it does not fit an inch in the picture in the enalt part of the invoice, which is clearly empty on the paper. And in the end, you get tired of it and give up. Again, my account, which is approved within 2 hours with the same documents in other casinos with very high quality, is disabled to withdraw money in the casino where you have no problem sending deposits many times due to this process that makes you feel bad for weeks. After sending my documents in for verification 3 times over a period of 1 month I couldn't get them verified. These same documents were used at 4 other casinos all 4 excepted them the first time. Lousy customer service and management, terrible experience trying to cash out winnings that I won fairly. They are unethical and unreasonable to deal with should an issue crop up. It took way too long for my documents to be verified and approved so I could make my first deposit. I had to resend my documents at least 3 more times after the first email sent. For a whole week I had to rescan and send documents in. (By the way, I havent had this issue when sending documents in for verification at other places.) After that extra week, I received an email stating that I am approved and currently able to successfully deposit into the casino. Tried, tried several different times. Which were all unsuccessful deposits. So i chat with live help and was told that my inquiry would be forwarded to the appropriate department. This went on for about another whole week. The Grand Vegas site is one of the more generic I have seen so far, and I wasn't really that impressed by what I have seen. Then again, I know that this is a RTG site with an impressive reputation, and I do love RTG games. First thing I did was checking if they have the latest RTG games already on, and although they don't really advertise it, you will find the latest and greatest already available. What I like is that US players are welcome (nice for a change), so definitely a place I will share with some friends from US. You can play from the browser (Adobe Flash support needed) or download the software and install it on your computer (Mac and PC both supported). No mobile access available yet. The bonuses don't look that impressive (100% up to $200), but even with a 30x play-through and a minimum $20 deposit, I still managed to win some, then made the withdrawal and got it on my account in under 3 days. Really hard to complain.

Hi, my username for Grande Vegas is hontis. Firstly, i submitted verification about a year ago. Chat person said they got it. I started depositing. THEN, about a month ago, they blocked me from making deposits using credit card or prepaid. When i inquired, they said that i didn\'t send in verification.
