So this used to be one of my favorite casinos to play at. Used to be is the word here. I have played here for a few months and I finally got through a playthrough at was able to request a withdrawal. I was approved fairly quickly, around 48 hours from documents sent to approval to withdraw. Pretty painless really. I had my money to my Bitcoin wallet within 24 hours. All is well right? No. I was going to turn around and deposit some of my winnings back in. This has happened to me in one other online casino but it was quite some time ago and I actually had forgotten about it. Anyway, when I asked the support rep why this is, again there are no coupons available for my account right now. So I will no longer play here at Slotastic. It sucks cause I honestly loved this casino, it's games and bonuses. But I do not like the way they treat their loyal, depositing customers. Coupon codes are a great way to play with a small amount and have a better chance to win something and if by a slim chance I make it through the sometimes very large playthrough, you take away all the perks i had before I withdrew? That's dirty business to me and I won't spend one more time here. So if you ever what to withdraw and keep playing here with coupons, I absolutely cannot recommend Slotastic. They won't answer questions and refuse to reward loyal depositing customers.

these folks are real deal thieves. had a promo sent to my casino inbox 300% boost to play ALL SLOTS. i made a deposit and noticed that the usual real series video slots locked. I believe this is the sister site of Grande Vegas. This is a very reputable place to play. I have done wonderfully here a few times. Their customer service is exceptional in my opinion and their payouts are within reason. Simply put, this is an RTG Casino. So, if you've seen 1, you've seen them all. Where Slotastic differs, tho, is in the gameplay. I have been a fan of Slotastic since my NDB a couple of months ago. If you've seen any of my past posts regarding RTG Casino's, you'll see that I question gameplay, promotions, etc. quite a bit. I've always considered the top-tier RTG Casino's to have an impeccable financial track record, so win or lose, at least you know you're doing business w/a financially stable entity.
