For some reason I really enjoy the RTG CASINOS more than any other software provider. But here lately (last year or so) I have noticed a really big decline in win percentage. Getting pretty frustrated with this casino group, especially Brango. Tried to use LCB rewards after being considered a VIP at brango, depositing over $10,000 at this casino alone last year, not to mention what was deposited throughout the group. Made an $80 deposit this week, lost immediately, used a promo code, lost, brango provided me with loyalty spins that returned nothing as well. Tried to buy a $6 LCB rewards token in exchange for $45 chip. Disclaimer says no two free ITEMS in a row. Loyalty will be ignored, last action cannot be a WITHDRAWAL. Brango contested my chip saying last action has to be a deposit. Even though I have followed all of the agreed upon terms and conditions with their LCB promotions/purchase gifts. Gave them a chance to make things right, they refuse. Used to enjoy this casino, it's got so tight with their slots and loyalty program I've moved on entirely to other groups.
