Very frustrated with the withdrawal process. I asked the live chat days before my withdrawal of my account was fully verified. They say yes then I go to make a withdrawal three days go by they say they need proof of my bitcoin wallet I send them all that documentation then the next day goes by they say they need proof of the deposit I made from my bitcoin wallet. I sent them that then three more days go by Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I didn’t get anything either. I canceled my withdrawal and I said I’m not doing a thing until I see my account is fully verified today being Wednesday. I finally get an email saying I’m my account is verified in my documents are updated but note might have to send more documents when make first withdrawal. I am remade the withdrawal on Monday so it’s been another 48 hours just for them to say that my account has been now approved and it’s just going under review now my withdrawal this is absolute ridiculous behavior from a casino 99% of the online casinos I play on our instant withdrawals the documentation they respond to me within 10 minutes and that’s it I mean, I don’t understand how this place is so highly rated. I’ve had an awful experience so far.

Signup and deposit is easy however KYC process is long but is finalised within their published timeframes. Bonuses are decent, slots are less tighter than other RTG casinos however my experience with live support has been unsatisfactory. Not sure exactly what it is. Can’t put my finger on it but there’s just something I don’t like about this casino. I would like to have given Slotocash a higher rating because of their unique style, bonuses and sloto world as well as sloto magazine and the cool free stuff that comes along with it.. But, I must say, they are sore loosers when it comes to a large payout.. All bonuses dissappear and your account is basically dead!.. No tournaments, nothing. I was loving this casino up until I withdrew about $2500... Now it's not worth while for me to deposit. Heck, they do not even allow me to redeem deposit bonuses.

Adjusting my initial rating as they did come through. Took two business days to verify and about 36 hours to be approved. LTC hit my wallet in seconds.

So they seem to be moving faster. I got verified after two days, now my request is in the approval or rejection stage. Will update if they pay out.

Absolute garbage. They don't accept documents from Chime, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, T-Mobile, or SSDI. It's five days to be verified, then 72 "business hours" to have your withdrawal approved or denied. Do you know what a business hour is? It's the hours between 9am and 5pm. So 72 divided by 8 is 9. So 9 BUSINESS DAYS longer to have a request approved or denied. You're looking at 20+ days before they'll send you your money. Wanna know why? Because the longer they hold it, the more interest they make on it. So they hold it for as long as possible before releasing it (maybe). Scam site. And looking at the complaints here? It shouldn't be listed on LCB. Maybe it used to be reputable, but these people are scammers and thieves.

Well it took so long to be verified that I got bored and started betting again. Needless to say I lost all of it. Makes you wonder did they drag their feet with the process hoping that I would do what I did so they did not need to pay me? I could have really used that money to pay some bills. There web site says payout in as little as ten minutes... nothing about the KYC process and that it can take up to 5 business days. So if you win on a Friday night, there is a good chance you will not see your winnings until the following Friday (if you are a new customer).
