About Sherlock
Sherlock is a modern day take on the famous Sherlock Holmes story. Rather unsurprisingly, this one is more based on the hit television series of the same name, rather than the old Arthur Conan Doyle books. However, this is not a fully licensed Sherlock game, so it is something of a rip-off. None of that matters if you happen to like the theme of this slot, though. Graphically, Sherlock is a bit of a dud - although Gameplay Interactive have tried to use 3D graphics to make it stand out. They just don’t really look the part.
Sherlock features four progressive jackpots, 5 reels and 30 paylines. You cannot adjust the number of lines you play with, but you can alter your line bets from 0.01 up to 1.20. That will also alter your total stake from a low of 0.30 per spin, up to 36.00 per spin.
Special Features
The emblem is the wild symbol in this slot, and it is the best paying icon in the game. Wilds can substitute for all other symbols save for scatter and bonus icons.
This slot’s scatter icons is Big Ben. When the famous clocktower appears 3 or more times anywhere on the reels, players will trigger a free spins bonus. Players will land either 12, 25, or 50 free spins for 3, 4, or 5 scatter icons.
A Sherlock Re-Spins feature can also be triggered in this game by landing the hat on the first reel, Sherlock on the third reel, and the violin on the fifth reel. In this bonus, clicking on one of the three items will tell you how many re-spins you will receive.
This slot’s multi-level progressive jackpot is triggered at random. Once it is, players can spin a progressive jackpot wheel, and wherever the pointer lands will denote which jackpot has been won. The jackpots include Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond jackpots, with the latter being worst the most.
Bonus Feature
A third bonus round is also playable in this slot. Land 3 or more bonus icons (crime scene symbols) on the reels, and you will trigger the Crime Scene Bonus. In this feature, you can select various items to earn multipliers and cash prizes. The total amount you have won in cash prizes will then be multiplied by the multipliers to give you your final bonus round winnings.
