I found the website for this casino to be pretty overwhelming, while they do offer many options for playing the layout they have chosen to display them is chaotic. They do offer many no deposit bonuses but they can not be played with bonus funds, which is my least favourite thing, I know I am not alone in feeling this way. The terms and conditions to find this fact out were not easy to access. Not for me.

Spinbetter casino is one of the big operators. It can be trusted casino. It is among the well know casinos in the market. I recently found out that I have had so many accounts in Spinbetter. I don't know how could it possible. I forgot when I registered so many accounts and wonder why they allowed me to do that. I haven't played or deposit here. I believe their slot's RTP is heavily reduced. A few years ago I was a VIP player here and my VIP manager was always giving me bonuses that I disliked and he was aware of that. After I had enough, I tried to close my account which was one of the hardest closure attempts I've experienced. Not long ago I reentered the website and tested to see if my account is suspended but to my surprise the casino reopened it without my permission.

Look i really do like this site alot..i like its layout, its features.. how its unique and just a good time to use overall. But the really major let down in my opinion is the site does offer regular no deposit free spin codes.. what is a huge turn off is getting free spins which any potential winnings yiu get from the use of DOES NOT add to your useable balance and requires often x50 EVEN X75 wagering with money deposited to your balance before you can use any winnings. I have been an active player on Spinbetter for a significant period of time and reached their Diamond VIP level. According to the official rules published on their website, cashback is supposed to be calculated as a percentage of the player’s net losses – starting at 5% for Copper and gradually increasing up to 11% at Diamond level.
In my case, I have deposited a total of 21,346 BGN, which represents my net gaming loss. Based on their own cashback structure, the expected cashback should be a substantial amount. However, to date I have only received about 850 BGN cashback in total, which is dramatically lower than what should have been credited.
Over the last months, I have repeatedly contacted Spinbetter via live chat and email, asking for:
A full breakdown of cashback amounts credited (with dates and percentages applied)
The detailed calculation of how each cashback payment was determined
An official audit of my account activity
Unfortunately, instead of transparency, I received only generic replies such as "please check the Terms and Conditions" or "this is internal sensitive data we cannot share". In other words, the operator has so far refused to provide any verifiable explanation or account audit, despite the fact that cashback directly affects the financial position of the player.
Interestingly, after I formally requested an audit, I started receiving significantly more frequent bonus offers, but the promised faster handling of my queries and proper account review by their staff has still not materialized. This seems to suggest an attempt to distract or appease me with promotions rather than address the real issue.
I have now submitted a formal complaint to their designated email (claims@spinbetter.com
). If no proper resolution is provided, I will escalate further to:

EU consumer protection authorities, and
the European Commission ODR platform.
This situation is not about small differences but about the operator’s responsibility to provide transparency and fairness. Loyalty programs should not be advertised if the operator is unwilling to clearly demonstrate how rewards are calculated.

It says I have 150 cad no deposit bonus and have to wager it for 20x.. upon exploring the casino I don't know why can't use the said bonus so then I ask to their support for help about the bonus and they answered me back to clarify how to use the bonus and got the right answer it is not no deposit at all their staff said I have to deposit with my own funds and reach it to 3000 wager for me to unlock the said no deposit bonus. Casinos array of games is actually quite impressive, having a great selectionof games , and a bigger selection of deposit methods I think I've seen at any online casino. However, be wary of the type of deposit method do you use because if they do not have the same method for withdrawal you will have to go through the ringer in order to obtain a withdrawal. Particularly watch out for binance pay, as they do not have the reverse for this and it's a very quick and easy way to deposit and probably something that will be used as a preference I know I tried it, but it's a real nuisance to try to get anything out. Frankly I don't think they should have any ability to deposit, for any method that isn't available for withdrawal, because it's a requirement to have them match. The site is not very well designed for the UI in my opinion, and it's kind of a pain in the butt to navigate. But the worst of all has to be the customer service.
