My detailed experience with Spinbetter’s VIP Cashback Program – Lack of Transparency I have been an active player on Spinbetter for a significant period of time and reached their Diamond VIP level. According to the official rules published on their website, cashback is supposed to be calculated as a percentage of the player’s net losses – starting at 5% for Copper and gradually increasing up to 11% at Diamond level. In my case, I have deposited a total of 21,346 BGN, which represents my net gaming loss. Based on their own cashback structure, the expected cashback should be a substantial amount. However, to date I have only received about 850 BGN cashback in total, which is dramatically lower than what should have been credited. Over the last months, I have repeatedly contacted Spinbetter via live chat and email, asking for: A full breakdown of cashback amounts credited (with dates and percentages applied) The detailed calculation of how each cashback payment was determined An official audit of my account activity Unfortunately, instead of transparency, I received only generic replies such as "please check the Terms and Conditions" or "this is internal sensitive data we cannot share". In other words, the operator has so far refused to provide any verifiable explanation or account audit, despite the fact that cashback directly affects the financial position of the player.
