Another one of the worst online casino platforms I've come across but its sister online casino ducky luck has it beat for sure. Ive had no luck on this site just like its sister site ducky luck. I will never go back to this casino because the customer support is that terrible and is absolutely rude and this has happened on several occasions.

Don't usually do this but the level of customer service impressed me just that much: Tldr; signed up, requested $10 chip via lcb shop, noticed (next day, for me) an offer of 30 free spins, ask casino chat if claiming it would disqualify me from the $10 lcb chip. Note: I WAS NOT asking about the chip in any way. My logic with lcb shop orders is to wait. And if I feel I've waited longer than usual, then ask LCB. Not the casino. The surprisingly good/impressionable customer service enters here: not only did the chat agent answer no it wouldn't disqualify me, but before even requesting it they were there ready to activate them for me. But.. here's the impressionable part, when explaining I discovered and signed up with them from/because of LCB and that promo chip, they almost immediately offered and added that $10 chip to my cashier/promo page to claim. It was surprising mostly because I've always approached LCB shop orders as "have a question? Ask lcb, absolutely not the casino. Lcb's promo, lcb's questions." So for them to not only have an open mind in those regards, but also kind enough to expedite it without it specifically being requested, but ALSO ALSO maintain good customer service throughout... that's impressionable to me.
