Had high hopes for Cafe casino. I first heard about them at LCB and saw a few casino rating websites really pushing "marketing" or whatever you would call that to join cafe casino. I didn't have a great experience just based on losing fairly quickly. They don't offer enough bonuses

Same ol same ol seemingly generous welcome bonuses from a real time gaming casino when in reality They are not a bonus for the player at all and they are much more of a bonus for the casino when the player chooses to play them. This used to be one of my favorite if not #1 favorite casino. Unfortunately thinks have changed recently. Besides game play being much tighter than it used to be, the new bonus system is absolutely ridiculous. With a $30+ deposit you get access to the free spin wheel for 7 days. Well for atleast the past 15 times I have spun this wheel it has given me no more than 5 free spins. It gives me 1 to 3 free spins usually with absolutely no payout. Cafe casino has changed drastically for the worse. The crypto exclusive accounts had the perk benefit of 15000 perk points and 25 free spins with each first weekly qualifying deposit. The site still advertises this benefit. The forums show that some players get it, some players do not without explanation. A terrible replacement prize wheel was given at one pin t but even it fails to load properly. Supposed does not help anymore. Whatever reason management made these changes is for the worse. Players will continue to leave.

I haven't ever really won any big amounts here as with slots.lv and have not withdrawn so I don't know if it works the same or if it is fast and reliable or not. I have not needed to contact support so I don't have an opinion on it one way or the other yet. I do recommend.

I am under the impression that Cafe Casino is observing the downfall of its sister sites and fixing the issues within its own casino. Lately, the rewards have returned and various spins are given for making deposits. This is the only casino within the same group, from which I am able to win and withdraw lately. The games are the same as the alike casinos, and I have yet to hit any large amount or jackpot. It sucks that they share the jackpots with the other alike casinos. For now, its definitely my go-to.

I've been playing here for over a year. Verified my account right away too first day and a few months ago I went to withdraw and couldn't because I needed to change my phone number when I contacted customer service to do so. I didn't know my pin apparently and my birthday was not right they said well I asked to speak with a manager so we could get it straightened out. I was put on hold for a long time then kicked off the site and my account disabled with money still in my account! Cafecasino.lv used to be a favorite but now they have rigged games that are not paying out the right amounts when you spin and get a multiplier make sure you calvulate what the win is because they didnt pay out 20 of a 28 dollar spin and you cannot screenshot any proof you need in order to dispute anything with customer service anymore either. Player be aware and careful if you do get a win.

Love this site mostly for the weird mixture of games and leaning more towards the Bovada side with their own mix of bonuses that actually work. ok let me start by saying the slots are the same as Bovada and Ignition. My loyalty is diamond at ignition, Legend lvl3 at Bovada and Slots.lv was high but closed that account because of the no bonuses allowed for Skilled players crap. I just closed my Cafe Casino account because I was put off by their shady business practices. And, this is why: I got an email about an hour ago which said: "Friendly reminder. YOU HAVE FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT! There’s credit in your account*, but we haven’t seen you at the Cafe in a while. Feeling lucky today?" I went to the site and there were no funds in my account, so I opened a chat. I told the rep about the email and he asked when I received it, and I told him "45 mins ago." I told him I could upload a screenshot and I did. So, after reviewing my uploaded doc, the rep says "In this case, disregard the part of the fund, that part does not match with the info. or funds on your account." I said "huh?" That made no sense. The rep replies with this "This email was sent to you since you have bonuses that are about to expired and the system detected that, but since there are no funds on your account, pay no mind to that" To which I said "Oh, so I see. It was just a marketing scheme to get players to the site then?" Then before he could reply I said "Thats very unfortunate. Please close my account." I have no time for that nonsense. So, his lame ass response was "Sure, as you requested, the account is now disable, we regret this decision and hopefully you can be joined again to our website." To which I replied "Very unlikely." And, btw, I didnt have any bonuses that were about to expire! It was total bullshit! Afterwards, I sent customer service an email with the transcript of the chat and a copy of the email I received, expressing my dissatisfaction and told them I closed my account due to their "shady business practices." I actually like playing here. They have a good variety of slots that are a little different than the ones that you mostly get to play on. They have good bonuses. You can always cash in your points no matter how many you have and I have never had an issue cashing out. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is because it isn't an automatic cash out and I think if you have a crypto only account that you should be able to cash out immediatly and not have to wait 24-72 hours.

As everyone else has pointed out, this casino format is identical to Bovada, Slots.lv and Ignition. The bonus percentages seem to be higher here but at 60x playthrough I tend to deposit first at Slots.lv. The cashouts used to take too long, but I believe they have updated that with the addition of Bitcoin. The fact of the matter is too many casinos FINALLY (YAY!) offer instant withdrawls with Bitcoin, so waiting even just a week is waaaay too long to wait!

Honestly, the format of this casino, is a cleaned up, refined version of bovada if you are just looking to play casino type games. For me I loved it the few times I played here, the graphics were great, the games were great, I cannot quite recall the withdrawal process from this particular casino but i feel like if you don't have a memory that stands out about it, then it couldn't have been too traumatic. The only downfall to this and Bovada were that my boyfriend and I both have accounts, and living together, it created problems, one account to one household as they say. I didn't mind all that much, he kept his accounts for the sake of being able to bet on sports on bovada and I was fine having mine closed.

Cafe/Slots/Bovada/Ignition are to me like the 4 similar pairs of socks in the drawer. Each one is a little more tailored to a certain style, Bovada for sports, Ignition for poker and Slots.lv for ... well slots. Cafe, um I'm not really sure what their specialty is, but it seems to be the least lucky for me as I've never cashed out there yet. I tried out Cafe Casino with the $10 bonus. Their interface is different, but nothing difficult. Registering was the usual, very easy, and I liked that they use 2-step verification, where they send a code to your phone. Their tutorials are fantastic, and there isn't a detail that isn't covered, as far as I could find. I had some trouble opening a few of the games that I wanted to try. This has never happened to me before, but the developers of Cafe Casino were way ahead of me. A link at the very bottom of the page says "browser info". Click on it, and you'll get a fairly detailed "snapshot" of the browser you're using. I use Opera, which it didn't seem to recognize, but it was able to detect that it was a chromium browser, and that it was out of date. Thank you, Cafe! So now I know what I need to do as soon as I finish typing this. Great interface, fantastic tools and information about the site, and tons of games.
