I did contact live support. I was kept on hold for almost 30 min, asked to complete my profile, which I did immediately. I was asked to also verify my phone which I had tried to do initially, but could not get the text message. Support had me upload screenshots of every step, which I did. Then after all that was I told "Oh, you deposited with crypto. No bonuses for you, no exceptions!" So wasted about 40 to 45 min either holding or doing what was asked of me, and THEN they checked into what I had initially asked about. Not Impressed whatsoever.

I am very unimpressed with this casino and the lack of important info being made known. For example, to claim ANY bonus you are not allowed to deposit cryptos! Of course, NOWHERE does it say this except waaaaaaay down at the bottom of the T&C. And when I deposited in crypto, it was converted to USD so I didn't think that would apply to me!
