It has been a long time coming, but Playtech have finally unveiled their successor to Microgaming’s Dark Knight slot. This Playtech game keeps the spirit of that old classic alive, while at the same time bringing something new to the game. The game is played over an imaginative 6 reels and 50 paylines, with players able to wager anything from a floor of 0.20 per spin up to 15.00 per spin. That’s not bad going at all. The slot features largely the same characters and imagery as its predecessor, and like the other DC Universe slots from this developer, it contains four progressive jackpots.
Special Features
Keep your eyes peeled for the Batman logo. This icon appears as a wild and can replace all other symbols save for the bonus symbols in the game. Wilds can only appear on the second to fifth reels in this game.
Players will also note that if Batman appears stacked on the first reel, a Batman Respin bonus begins. In this feature, all Batman and Batman logo symbols lock into place. If Batman appears on a coin toss, the reels will spin again. If Joker appears, the feature ends.
