this casino started out with a sudden flood of people joining and their servers couldn’t handle it all. So thousands of people got an awful first time experience playing here. They have been working around the clock to get it all straightened out and they are doing an amazing job at it all. I just read the report card on this casino. I’ll try again and see if they’ve gotten the bugs worked out on their tech side of the site. I really didn’t get a fair shot at getting to judge by them since the site wouldn’t work properly. Each game I tried to play kept freezing and I was even kicked off the site a few times all while just trying them out with my welcome spins

Fix that rating please. I’m happy I found this place. Merging games you can only play on one site or the other, going above and beyond when necessary, and the fact they are willing to go that far to ensure ur first impression isnt the worst impression. The platform needs some work as they have some issues when it comes to adding bonuses but they have a huge selecfion of games from a number of diff game makers. Support staff is quick to respond and helpful. Most importantly ive made something like 7 deposits and Ive won on four of them and I also won max cash out on free spins once for $50. So I have been playing there for the past couple of days got my welcome chip just trying out the games dwindled that down to 0 then made a deposit of Litecoin did very well game play was smooth great variety of games really enjoyed that felt like I was receiving good customer support spoke with them inquired about KYC was told not necessary. Then I asked how long did it take. I was told not long couple minutes an hour or two depending on the system. If it's busy now since then I've tried to withdraw. I've been asked for kyc several times. I've been told that now their payment system's updating I was told 2 hours and I was told 7 hours then I was told 24 hours. It's been an unpleasant experience trying to withdraw crypto from there and it makes me feel like it's not on the up and upper. There's something wrong there. I first registered here about a week ago and played with their $100 no-deposit offer. I got a lot of play-thru over a couple days before I lost it. So much that I didn’t even want to play my balance anymore.i went back on later and the site was down for mantainance. At this moment I am very disappointed. I received the $100 no deposit sign up bonus. I met the wager requirements, requested a withdraw of the qualifying amount stated in the terms. They sent me an email saying i have to make a verification deposit of $10 to be able to redeem the winnings.. so I made that qualifying deposit. 6 hours later I finally decided to contact support regarding my withdrawal I have yet to receive after completing the required deposit. I’ve been super patient with the agents.. They just keep giving me the run around. There saying my deposit is still pending. Mind you, not only on blockchain it shows completed but also through my bank. For some reason it’s still “pending” in there system. I tried the 100 chip, and actually won, won a lot! I was playing through the games randomly just to get through my playthrough and trying the new games. Well, I played a few rounds of keno, they let me play keno and usually casinos pop up and say "game unavailable due to bonus" anyways, I only played a couple rounds and didn't even win anything on keno at all, and continued to skim through the games until my playthrough was done. They rejected my withdrawal because of the keno... Didn't even win anything on keno, hardly even played it. I was just trying out the games at new casino and getting through my play through... Apparently, the hundred dollar chip is slot only but they will allow you to play anything. Casinos like this are shady and the only reason they allow you to play anything is so they can reject your withdrawals for any of the reason as they did mine... after winning, I thought this would be a great new casino but casinos that allow you to play invalid games and turn around and reject your winnings because of it, I feel is shady.... especially when it was obvious that I was just playing all the random games until my playthrough was complete. if you play here, make sure you pay attention to every little rule because it's one of those places that will do anything to reject you winnings.

I just experienced none of what you described here.. what you went through is a tough learning experience that I also had; but don’t fault the casino. You are responsible for being aware of the terms. In your case you were disqualified for playing an entirely different class of game, nothing special about the rules here; anywhere would have voided you in this situation:(
