BIG BEAR

About Big Bear

Big Bear is a nature themed slot from the stables of Playtech. The game comes with a 5 by 3 set and features 243 betways. Some of the features used in the game include wild and scatter symbols, a multiplier feature, a respins feature and a bonus game.

The game features a betting range that suggests that the developers are looking to appeal to a wide spectrum of gambling preferences. Stakes start from as low as $0.01 and go up to $500, suggesting that both shoe-string budget gamblers and high rollers are welcomed.

The game can be played on multiple devices spanning mobile, tablet and desktop systems.

Special Features

The nature themed slot is set in the centre of a dense forest consisting of things like wild creatures and thick bushes. This describes the design of the game and the symbols used. The paytable consists of symbols that can be grouped into value grids. The low value grid consists of the usual playing card symbols while the high value grid consists of symbols of wolves, otters, fishes, lynxes and eagles. The eagle symbol is the most valuable of the regular symbols.

Each time you form a matching combination of symbols, you will be rewarded with a prize. The prize you get will depend on the value of the symbol that makes up the combo.

To make it easier for you to form winning combos is the wild symbol which is represented by the symbol of big bear. The wild bear can take the place of other regular symbols to help you land winning combinations in the game. The wild only shows up on the second and fourth reels.

The game also includes scatter symbols which come in the form of drums. The scatter is the key to activating the bonus feature of the game.

Bonus Feature

Land three or more scatters and you will activate the bonus feature of the game. Three scatters in view will reward you with a prize worth 5 times the value of your stake while four scatters will reward you with 10 times the value of your stake. Land five scatters and you will be rewarded with 40 times the value of your stake.

After the bonus game is triggered, you will be presented with three free spins options and required to choose one.

The first option offers 20 free spins laced with 2x and 4x multipliers depending on whether you can land a wild on the second or fourth reel or on both reels simultaneously. The second option offers 15 free spins laced with 3x and 9x multipliers depending on whether you can land a wild on the second or fourth reel or on both reels concurrently.

The third option offers 10 free spins laced with 4x and 16x multipliers depending on whether you can land a wild on the second or fourth reel or on both reels at the same time.

What’s more, the bonus game can be retriggered.
