About Loose Deuces Video Poker

Loose Deuces Video Poker is one of the most primitive video poker games about. Yes, the deuces have a special part to play, but aside from that, there is nothing here out of the ordinary. Loose Deuces Video Poker is brought to us by RTG (Real Time Gaming), who have a knack of making many of their video poker games look similar. Loose Deuces don’t really offer us anything different that we haven’t seen in other RTG developed video poker games before.

How to play

So, how do you begin playing? Well, the first thing that you need to is place a bet. After your bet has been placed, you can start sorting out your hand. You are dealt an initial five cards, and your first and only task will be to decide which cards stay and which ones go.

After you’ve decided this, new cards will be drawn to replace the ones that you have kicked to the curb. Your poker hand then be completed. If you’ve got something in your hand, then it will receive a prize pay-out from the rather sizeable pay-table located directly above your hand. If not, you lose.

It is worth noting that given the title of this video poker game, all deuces (2s) are wild. This gives you access to a range of non-official poker hands that you may or may not be familiar with.

Wagering and prizes

No player should have any difficulties in wagering on this game. Coin values are fixed at 1.00 per coin. You can then decide to wager up to 5 coins per hand, giving you minimum and maximum bets of 1.00 and 5.00 per hand, respectively.

If you land the best hand in the game (a natural Royal Flush), you will pocket either 300, 600, 900, 1,200 or 4,000 coins – depending on whether you’ve wagered 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 of them, respectively. Similarly, the lowest hand in the game (3 of a Kind) is worth 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 coins, depending on how many coins you bet. The additional hands added to this title include 5 of a Kind, Wild Royal Flush (with 2s) and 4 Deuces.

Final thoughts

Deuces are wild, so you can expect unusual but richly paying hands to appear. Whilst it is always nice to have wilds to assist us in building a cracking poker hand, Loose Deuces Video Poker doesn’t really do anything different for us that other video poker games haven’t done before.
