I have already written a couple of reviews on this casino but wanted to give another update. I cashed in a $20 free chip at the LCB shop and Win a day gave me $30 instead. I assume because I am part of the VIP program. Anyway, I immediately started winning and before I knew it my $750 in playthrough was completed and I was able to cash out the max $100 with the chip. A little advice though is play around on different games. Give each game about 10-20 spins on a low denomination if you want. If its not hitting anything big, try a different game. I did not know much about when a day casino besides that they are affiliated with slotland. I had a few bonuses in a row and was not aware of that until I went to withdrawal $100. When I found out that I had more than one bonus in a row I had just written it off as I was not going to get it. Not only did I get an email about the fact that I had more than one bonus in a row but I was fairly new and this was my first withdrawal with them so they were nice enough to overlook the fact and they processed my withdrawal anyway. Now I am careful to not go without a deposit between bonuses. They didn't have to do that that was really great of them. I had seen something about them being questionable but I kind of wrote it off because I like playing there. Two days ago I made a deposit here and I have redeemed bonus code, "WELCOME3" (25% bonus) before-hand. I didn't cash out, but I played my $25 deposit for a long time and it was lots if fun. Now, the next day I realized that I actually had not received my bonus. I looked at history in my account and saw that the bonus was in pending status. I obviously made a mistake about the amount of deposits I've made here. So, naturally I contacted support. Ended up chatting with MARCUS who is awesome, and deserves a gold star! What I expected to hear: "Sorry, but this was only your second deposit so now you have to deposit again to get your bonus and you no longer get your 2nd deposit bonus." What I actually heard, "Oh, I see well I'm gonna look for a free chip for you." My thought: Yeah well that's cool but I just did a NDB I got off LCB so I don't think you're gonna find one. To my surprise he found one and stuck $10 straight in my account! Which is double what I would've gotten for the bonus code I tried to redeem. So then I mentioned that I was actually just wondering which deposit code I'm actually supposed to use next. He then reminded me that I should check the promo page where the bonus' are double what I was trying to enter next... this was really cool because obviously he didn't HAVE to do this for me, and I've played plenty of casinos where the support literally does the opposite to try to get you to use a bonus that SOUNDS better, but is actually way worse because of bonus t&c. But I checked and the ones he was recommending were giving me a way better deal and I appreciated that. So after playing my $10 I talked to Marcus a few hours later to confirm that the bonus I would be receiving for my deposit was the one I intended. He confirmed and then told me that I actually had an offer for a bonus 2x the size of that one! The service I received from WINADAY was better than I have ever received at any online casino. You know I have been have been hearing the name Win a day casino a lot it seems and although I have never deposited there I have been given numerous free chips and always for some promotional holiday or seasonal type thing trying to get me to deposit and there poker machine are alright but not great and I don't really care for the slot machines they have but there is always a worse place all in all its ok I guess just not great.

There are not a huge selection of games on this casino and the games are certainly one of a kind from other casinos. The few times i played at Winaday I never seemed to be able to win anything great, no matter what slot i played. In fact there seemed to be a lot of dead spins with there slots.
