Nearly beat the wagering requirements on a NDB before my luck ran out. Deposited $15 via BTC a few days later and ended up turning it into $230. I must say personally I do not recommend this casino. The games are fine, much like the other (more reputable) rivals. I recently had to reformat my phone so I lost my way of tracking where I did or didn't have an account.. Thinking I had never tried this casino, I made an account with no red flags.. but when I got signed in, I though "Hmm.. This looks familiar.." I've been playing at Grand Rush for over a year now and I have made NUMEROUS deposits during that time. I have only cashed out TWICE, and the total amount of all my withdrawals was approx. $2300. Today I made a straight $50 deposit, but I didn't win. I wanted to make another deposit, but I wanted to use a deposit match bonus so that hopefully my money would stretch a little farther this time. I've used numerous match bonuses in the past, but I didn't see any posted on their site, so I asked a rep via chat if they had any bonuses I could use, and this is how that went: Rep: How may I assist you today? Rep: This is because you have a withdrawal amount equal to your deposit amount Me: Whaaaaat? I KNOW I have deposited A LOT more than I have withdrawn. Me: Can you please add up my total deposits and total withdrawals? Rep: Unfortunately the system do not show us that At that point I ended the chat, and then I went to my account history and did the math myself. Sure enough, I had 48 deposits and only 2 withdrawals, and my total deposits were 3 times more than my $2300 in withdrawals. I went back to live chat and got the same rep, thank goodness. I told him that I added everything up and that I was right about my withdrawals being less than my total deposits. So, he then he checks with his supervisor and suddenly now I'm "entitled" to a "one time" deposit match bonus for 200%, but after that I would have to made straight deposits only, and MAYBE I will start getting bonuses again. WTF, right? So, I took the deal and lost, of course, unfortunately. There are SO many other online casinos out there that have A LOT more to offer players like me who are loyal and deposit regularly. I like Rival games, but Grand Rush isn't the only casino that has them, so I will be playing elsewhere after this b.s. nonsense.

Probably the first RIVAL gaming site I played on, made many deposits. I was lucky enough to cash out a couple of times on free bonuses and also a deposit promo, which took a few days each time even after the first cash out and being verified. The biggest complaint I have is once I cashed out a few times, which the most was around 800.00 they would not allow me ro play with any kind of deposit bonus. That was last year and since then I refuse to spend my money in a casino that tells me they will let you know when you can play with a promo again. so really was their loss, since their are many great casinos to spend money in and without any hassles.

I redeemed a $5 free chip on April 30, 2022. I met every requirement on Saturday, May 7th. I requested a withdrawal from them and was told it would be in my account in 48 hours. Seems ok. A bit sketchy with crediting BTC deposits asap. Hello. This casino allowed me to register (Czech republic). I used their no deposit registration offer(AUD) and I made success. When I asked if is balance made from ND withdrawable, live chat advice to me to deposit.
