Bait and switch me on 2 welcome codes and I surely won't send any funds. Support was nice, but said I had multiple accounts. They weren't interested in seeing the screenshot from my email. You can see my verification email, and then where they updated my account. There wasn't a second account, I have no clue what they did. When I tried to get any info, they changed the subject. The overall gaming experience wasn't terrible at this casino but they got out of paying me my bonus winnings even though I met the bonus requirements. Will not play here again.

I used to deposit here a lot, but they got super stingy with their coupons and bonuses...stating I was no longer eligible for promos. WTF they lost a depositing customer. Such a shame. They have a lot of my favorite platforms. They should treat weekly depositors good to keep them, you would think!

Nearly beat the wagering requirements on a NDB before my luck ran out. Deposited $15 via BTC a few days later and ended up turning it into $230. Verification and withdrawal process was a little longer than my liking. I'm used to sending in my documents, getting verified, requesting withdrawal, and getting paid all in the same day. I'd say with these guys the whole process took maybe like 5-7 days, from me sending my documents in to the BTC arriving in my wallet. Really the only thing I didn't like; but if I feel like I can get lucky there again, I might use one of their deposit bonuses they send me. I must say personally I do not recommend this casino. The games are fine, much like the other (more reputable) rivals. I recently had to reformat my phone so I lost my way of tracking where I did or didn't have an account.. Thinking I had never tried this casino, I made an account with no red flags.. but when I got signed in, I though "Hmm.. This looks familiar.." So having become aware of the do's and don'ts I decided to send customer support a quick message and asked them to please check if I had an existing account, before I played. They were polite until she confirmed there was an account.. Then I very much got the vibe, I was being accused of creating another account intentionally (Even though I immediately told them as soon as I felt I had made a mistake) Note this was one rep., it is very possible they have other techs who are not so.. uninviting.. this is just my personal experience.

I had a consecutive coupon balance of 870$ or something I stated they were just that they reassured me all was fine I verified asked again nothing was red flagged or anything so I proceeded to cashout they ended up canceling my withdrawal over that issue otherwise deposit between bonuses and have fun !
