I feel your pain about days in chat support try to remedy mission points not appropriately being accounted for etc. They eventually say after an hour each time having to explain over, and over, AND OVER, time, and time, (you guessed it..) AND TIME AGAIN, they say that they will have support look into this and get back to me shortly. Which of course never happens, so I gave up on all that. I cashed out once at the beginning of playing here back in February of '23 but finally stopped depositing and wasting money here sadly just a couple months ago. 20mins avg cashout my arsenal. Dear whomever it may concern, I tried out your casino.. and even after the trouble I had that kept me in the chat for a couple of days, I deposited a little bit of money here and there. I found that the little ‘missions’ section was quite inventive and enjoyable, however a few times my points were never in fact credited after I completed said mission. That’s not fair, if you do the task you should get the points. After depositing money I found that your casino “ironically” has a habit of taking you up fast, then sucking you dry. They are fucking liars!! Its says all over there website "Cashout your winnings in less than 20 minutes". Then after you request your withdrawal, you hear for the very first time that your request will take up to 3-5 business days.
