CARIBBEAN STUD POKER

About Caribbean Stud poker

Caribbean stud poker is an easy-to-play casino table game with occasional win games. Its rules are similar to those of the five stud card poker. The minimum bet of the Caribbean stud poker is one, while the maximum is 100. Bet amounts in the game are made from various chips available at the bottom right of the player's screen. Sizes available include the 1, 5, and 10. Placing a bet on the ante circle marks the beginning of the game. A player is allowed to put the stake using a single chip or multiple chips, all simultaneously. However, the jackpot circle doesn't allow players to place more than one chip. It has a paying percentage of 94.97.

Players can access Caribbean stud poker from both desktop and mobile devices where two display options are in desktop mode, a full screen, and a mixed-mode. The mixed-mode is meant to favor players with a slow internet connection. Mobile devices have only one display option, which is the landscape mode. Once a player clicks on the deal button, he sends a command on the game to proceed. Both the player and the dealer gets five cards each. The player can see all their cards but only sees one from the dealer. At this point, they are allowed to either fold or call. Once they call, then that means they’re confident and willing to proceed with the gaming while folding end the game, and no more extra charges are incurred beyond this point.

Special features

Caribbean stud poker offers a jackpot bet which is its main attraction. Here, players are given opportunities to win a progressive jackpot. It may be a challenge, though, since the requirements of landing this jackpot are not only playing the side bet but also players must have won using a royal flush—very tricky winning in a royal flush, which entails possessing A, K, and Q.

Bonus features

There is also an optional side bet placed after the first bet in the ante. It is referred to as the 5+1 bet. This kind of bet uses the players' five cards and the dealer-up card to form a five-card poker card. A combination of a three-of-a-kind poker or a better variety attracts good wins. The main advantage of the side bet is that it is valid throughout the whole game around. If the player folds his hands or is beaten, the side bet would still pay.
