This is one of my worst casino experiences, and I know these people have a one-way ticket to hell. My experience was not recent, and back then, I did not investigate everything about a casino before playing there. I saw it has a lot of good reviews, and I registered. Nowadays, something like this will never happen. "The good reviews" here are fake, written in bulk during 1 day; those profiles will never post and will sleep until they open up another scam casino. Fun fact, I have been gambling for almost 20 years, and I never ever received a non-expecting call from a casino until I crossed paths with Tsars. I will never forget the female support agent's voice, it was so impertinent, so impudent, telling me that I've made my registration 2 days ago and I need to deposit, which literally shocked me. Weeks later, I tested their casino and obviously, it was not ok, so I tried to close my account, but the support agent was not feeling like closing it(insane people). After several attempts, I obviously used the "magic account closure words" I am addicted to gambling, and I cannot control myself, and this dude actually did not close my account, which just shows what people are running these casinos. After starting to threaten to file complaints about this literally everywhere I can, this douche finally blocked my account. So be careful, guys, just the fact that their license is from Curacao allows them to do such things and expect no consequences

I never felt like this casino was trustworthy or worthy of my continued involvement. I never managed to win anything worthwhile in my few deposits. Dead spins and a lack of a proper loyalty bonus policy led me to look elsewhere.
Oh are the fees very high? Just wondering as I Haven't played or made a deposit here at all but am interested in learning more thanks.
