Smashing Casino has not got off to the best start. Blacklisted by most online casino review sites, the online gaming portal has been accused of unethical business practices. What does that mean? In the past, they were licensed by the MGA (Maltese Gaming Authority) but have since been caught using pirated NetEnt slots, as well as offering UK casino players games despite not having a UK Gambling Commission license.
Another major complaint concerning Smashing Casino is that they were not exactly forthcoming with their payouts. Players were made to wait an exceptionally long time to receive their winnings, or did not receive them at all. Smashing Casino has a policy whereby if a player has deposited less than €200 at a time, they will only be entitled to winnings worth 10x the amount deposited. This is certainly shady business.
Promotions and bonuses at the casino did include welcome bonuses, and the casino still offers a 300% match worth up to €1,000. Despite the decent amounts you can claim with the promotions and bonuses over at Smashing Casino, there are pretty high wagering requirements attached to each of their offers, which will instantly put any casino player worth their salt (those who take the time to read the terms and conditions) off claiming them. Unfortunately, players who haven’t read the t’s and c’s have fallen foul of these unnecessarily high wagering requirements.
Games at Smashing Casino
Smashing Casino used to offer games from Net Entertainment. That was until NetEnt and the MGA learned that the games were pirated copies. Now, the online casino offers games from BetSoft Gaming, who have far fewer scruples with dodgy, rogue or blacklisted casinos using their games.
BetSoft Gaming are still a very respectable casino software provider, so there aren’t really any issues with the games that the casino offers to players. You can find a more than decent selection of 3D slots, video slots, card and table games, classic slots, video poker, micro bet games, VIP games and action games over at Smashing Casino. If Smashing Casino has control over the payrates of those games, though, there could be an issue. None of that should reflect badly on BetSoft, though.
Playable slots at this blacklisted casino include Wild Jester, Gnomes Gems, Amigos Fiesta, Booming Bananas, Trump It, Abundance Spell, Number One, Magic Shoppe, Alice in Wonderslots, Mega Power Heroes, Monster Munchies, Cash Machine, Fear the Zombies, and Fruitful Siesta.
Smashing Casino is blacklisted, we advise you play at another casino.

Ok
I can see that other players have had bad experiences at Smashing casino but mine wasn't bad. I deposited and played with minimum bets but lost very quickly. Then I asked for some free bonus afterwards and although they said they couldn't add me anything, they were very nice to me. I did like the game selection but I was missing some more popular software providers.

This casino is part of notorious Affpower group of casinos that We busted last year for illegal use of unlicensed and fake Netent and Novomatic games. These games were removed since, but we still do not recommend this group as they surely cannot be trusted.
They have not reimbursed neither affected players nor software they used to pirate.
