Casino site slow loading in mobile version I tried to speed test my connection it is relatively fast so the problem is in casino and also password expired in just days? So I requested new password and feed back were so delayed terrible exp.

these guys must be trying to improve their reputation (selectively?) i tried out a ton of no deposit codes played in a few free roll tournaments then deposited $26 once with their 400% code, went on a real hot streak on a friday night, requested $1800 or something around there via bank wire as my deposit was via credit card and spent a bunch of time back and forth with their live support verifying, confirming i had played within the rules, etc and to my surprise come monday morning miraculously the wire transfer was shown as processed. mind you i still havent received the transfer into my bank account yet but that was less than 24 hours prior to this post. i will update when i get more news for everyone. overall good experience with support, cashout department, and id verification. lets hope im not the exception in the future for more players!!

Unfortunately another terrible Real Time Gaming casino. I am so disappointed in so many of these brands. They try to claim that you are not allowed more than one free bonus in between deposits. Whether it was free spins attached to a deposit bonus or the free vip chip they offer u in your cashier. They will literally void your winnings. Terrible casino

Had to update my review. They denied my very small $100 cashout off of the $15 free bonus they game me apparently because of too many free chips in a row. I made two deposits, one which came with free spins and once I played those, they automatically game me a cashback bonus. I did not ask for if. I then redeemed the $15 vip bonus they game me and won. So after only two small free bonuses they have denied my small cashout. DO NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO. ITS A FRAUD. COMPLETE FRAUD

I went through that ten dollars fast even though I was betting the minimum. Using all these no deposit bonuses and hardly ever winning with them makes me wonder if I should get away from playing slots so often. Maybe I should take up poker. But anyway, about this casino, it seems to be a standard RTG place of no great distinction. And of course the ratings here are not too good. Good for trying your luck at free play but other than that I doubt it.

This casino is just like most of the casinos online. It’s not the best but it’s not terrible. I wouldn’t suggest depositing money into this site. Find a better option or casino to gamble on.

this casino is horrible, the customer service is not friendly. I got a deposit bonus of free spins for 14 days. After the 14 days and during the 14 days I've made additional deposits which would qualify me for another bonus. The casino was offering a new $10 bonus, and when I contacted them to add this 2nd bonus, they refused and tried to tell me that I didn't qualify because I already used it, and not only once but 14 times, which I didn't not even use it everyday during the 14 days they offered it. I only visited the casino 9 out of the 14 days after my frist deposit and claimed free spins only 9 times, which that's irrelevant. However to further "prove their side of their own story" they went in and added to my account history that supposedly I've used up all 14 days of free spins excpet the last 3 times their reported well over a month from the date when I made my deposit. This further shows they are not credible and will cheat you out of any type of offer or even your own wins.

They wrongfully denied my $1,541 winnings claiming I violated their max bet policy. I posted on the LCB forum asking for help resolving this issue, and the Casino Rep sent them a screenshot of all my bets over $5. There were $5.26 bets (in violation of Terms) from a previous round of play. There were NO bets over $5 during the round of play where I won $1,541, yet they still denied my withdrawal and took all my winnings. I've emailed them countless times over the past 2 weeks and have not heard a thing back. See my forum post on LCB RedCherry's thread with screenshots proving they wrongfully denied my $1,541 withdrawal. BEWARE!

yet another RTG casino that is very very cookie cutter. I have a hard time enjoying RTG these days but thats because the content is basic I think. I do have to say though, I am a fan of the people that made this casino. They seem very on the ball when it comes to the online presence of the casinos they run, and they are pretty nice to talk to when you need to reach out to customer service.

Another RTG site like the plethora of others geared toward US based players. This one no different from the lackluster sites with in my opinion not the greatest of customer service skills or NDB’s with one starting out with a whole $ 10 to play games that we’ve all played before but this site obviously wants little to no wins in payouts stemming from the generosity of that $10. Dot waste your time. That is all!

I give up on this casino as they don’t treat good depositors well. They charge withdraw fees for BTC They break up large wins in 1k increments and charge fees on each one Their slots pay horribly. They max deposit bonus bets at ridiculously low $5 max There is no vip program or incentive They promise better terms and never delivered. Too many RTG options to play at when this casino doesn’t appreciate good players

Guys the jury’s still out! Just cashed out again and after some promises if I play more the cash outs would be larger still at minimum and they are charging $20 for each cashout and they break it down in $1k increments so they can charge it each time. I only use bitcoin which eliminates risk for them and such and they still charge me this withdraw fee. Just not a good business model and not high roller friendly. I am not going to beg to give them my business if they don’t want it.. Other casinos put you in high roller category with vip perks and more and this one just chugs along maybe they would get a lot more business if they would just listen and focus on players

I signed up with the lcb.org special invite link and activated a 100 freespins no deposit code. I joined the games for about $900. $100 transferred to my safe. I could not reach the support team to get detailed information about the rules. live chat isnt live :) then, according to the rules here, I requested a withdrawal with the $100 btc method. a few days later they canceled the request and completely reset the balance. Definitely a bad experience. If free code is prohibited without investment, why do you approve this code? I took screenshots. I do not suggest!!!!!!!!

Hi again fellow players, I just wanted to update you on this casino. The rep here contacted me privately and thanked me for the feedback and said some things that encouraged me to give this place another try. I deposited a lot and started playing high like I do at other casinos and finally cashed out 2k just now I checked my withdraws and found out that they reduced my withdraw by $40 and customer service advised that is a withdraw fee and that every withdraw after 1 in a 30 day period is charged a fee??? Now if you look before below my last withdraw was sent for less by $50 which I was told because of fluctuations in BTC but no other casino I play at that happens? But fees on every withdraw when you deposit only via bitcoin and withdraw only via bitcoin is not a good policy to entice high roller players to play here. I am really trying here to help this new casino and give them my business but each time something happens that is not good player policy…

The maximum cash out BTC is $1,000 per day. So we break any withdrawals down into a maximum of $1,000 and then send 1 per day until the balance is paid. BTC as I'm sure you are aware is like cash and if there was a slight error in the BTC receiving address then all that money disappears into the BTC void and there is no way of getting that back, hence why we have a limit on the daily transactions. Please note that as well, in regards to BTC transaction, that the amount you request and the amount you receive can fluctuate as BTC is volatile the exchange rate may have shifted either up or down from the time we approve your withdrawal and the time the withdrawal is processed.

Okay well after really liking the casino at first and hitting 4K I now don’t think as highly. First off I only deposit and withdraw via bitcoin. I requested my withdraw in full on Friday and it was immediately split into $1000 payments automatically. Then it took two days for one of the $1k to be approved but still not in account. That is too long for me for bitcoin play. I get automatic instant payouts at other casinos I play at. Secondly why would I deposit big like I usually do if you are going to break up my payouts into small amounts and then take forever to pay? If you want my full business and money things have to change asap as this casino right now is not high roller friendly at all.

So far so good! Customer service very responsive and verified my account within hours for large deposits and withdraws I only use bitcoin. I just hit a Royal flush for $4k let’s see how fast they pay and then maybe they will have a new vip player. Will keep you posted!

Another copy of dozens of other Casinos. All of these casinos have very slow cash out times, and high wager requirements for their bonuses. There is absolutely no reason a withdraw for a player that deposited crypto should take more than an hour in this day and age, much less days and possibly weeks. If these casinos want to mkae money they need to keep up with the competition.

Just registered for this new casino....so far so good. They seem to have alot of welcome deposit bonuses, more than anywhere else I've seen recently. I don't see any new player no deposit bonuses which is a negative but other than that everything seems top notch. We'll see how the deposit and withdrawal times are (hopefully) the more everyone starts playing.
