I would not recommend this casino to anyone. The withdrawal process is brutal. You have to daily constantly stay on top of customer service, otherwise you'll fall in between. The cracks. And verification process takes forever. It really shouldn't be that difficult.

Won $2500 end of November- 6 weeks ago now going into 7th week.. Billing at red dog said it was credited back to my card on file. I never received. I checked with the bank and they had no record.The billing dept asked for my bank statement which I sent Dec. 28. I contacted chat beginning of november and they said they had elevated it to an account manager. No one will respond to me now by chat or email The last two weeks they do not respond to chat, they do not respond to email and 3 different vip individuals have ignored me as well. I consider this fraudulent at this point in time. They basically stole my money. This is unacceptable and I will not go away

At first impressions it is good to play here the support team are very responsive wide variety of games when you play slots game can easily win but not so much. But the verification process is too slow you have to follow up through email I don't know if their verification support is somehow serious about your concerns regarding verification. Definitely paid out when I used to play there but they will remove your bonus after 3 withdrawals. And I believe they switch from RTG games to a more generic game developer. I wouldn't recommend them today but I did once enjoy playing here

I signed up for Red Dog a long time ago. I do believe this is a unique casino site. They send out promotions often. They also provide incentives for you to complete x amount of tasks. I think the deposit minimum is fair. I haven't made a withdrawal from Red Dog so I can't comment on that. The customer service is better than most I have come across. I don't play here often, but when I do, I enjoy myself.
