I went to deposit via Credit Card/Debit $30 just to test out the site. My bank has me verify the purchases before they accept the charge as usual. My bank sent me 2 separate charges 1 for just over $30 by an obvious fake .com page and the other $33.44 or something like that was charged by a biz from Honk Kong. When I asked them why they tried to double charge me all they did was try to confuse me about why money was being held but will be released when the bank denies the charge....which I never had the money taken from my account, they ATTEMPTED to take out twice. I WOULD NEVER use a debit or credit card here if you decide to use the site. I refuse to go back. They're trash and shady scammy scum if you ask me

it has been a good while since i played at Las atlantis but i did like it when i was playing it. I made two withdraws during my time with them. i did have issues when i made my first withdraw but after that it was pretty easy.

Ive never had any reason to stay away from las Atlantis, one weekend I even withdrew some good money from there. I know full well they seem a bit sheisty to others, though I keep going back and trying. I'll probably keep trying until they do something definitive to disprove my trust.

This casino is a sham! It took about 3 hours for my deposit to complete and after all that waiting I didn’t even win a dime. Waste of time and money.

I came really close to clearing a Rollover from a free chip here. Was tempted to make a deposit after receiving a lot of nice bonus emails but really glad I didn't after reading some of these reviews. Will definitely not play this one anymore.

I haven’t personally played here in over a year now so this is just from my personal experience from a year or so ago and obviously this could be outdated and no longer the issues it still has. First issue was they were dishonest with their bonus advertisements and I deposited after I seen on lcb they were ranked number on pretty much every site in almost every category so I do the deed finish my play through and they tell me I can’t cash out because they deducted what the bonus amount was and after the deduction the amount I’m withdrawing no longer qualifies and then I play strategic and smart and I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t experience it but I lost on literally every spin from there on out and that’s after being spoken to like I was some re re.. personally that alone made me not wanna mess with them and set the stage for what I expect from every rtg site from here on out

It didn’t take too long for me to get an opinion about this casino. The experience playing the games was about average but everything else about the casino is below average from the payouts to the customer support to the bonuses everything was way below average

Did not find this casino to have very good wagering or bonuses. Has a large slot selection but not may great incentives to keep playing.

I played with a bonus, and fairly won a little over a grand. Without anything other than a vague excuse, my payouts (which are crypto) are capped at 300 dollars and take long over a week. It’s random. I’ll never know when it’s coming. I once asked where my payment was after 11 days, and they made me send screenshots of my e wallet to make sure I didn’t receive them already. Honestly, what? It has now been a month since my first withdrawal. Imagine if a real casino did this. My win was pretty nice but it wasn’t huge. I’m waiting on my forth and final withdrawal then I will never come back here. I can’t wait to be done with them. I would highly suggest not depositing here in case you do win. I signed up through LCB because I wanted to claim the shop item for the no deposit bonus. I wasn't able to verify my email so I sent them an email asking to verify my email address but didn't get any reply. I did receive an email the next day with the bonus, but I was credited 40$ instead of 45$, which was fine but just a bit confusing. Have to say though that many of the games didn't work on desktop because of the end of flash games.

I played with my free chip. I have to admit it was easy but the games weren't as fun as in other casinos. I haven't played with real cash and I dont think I'm going to because I dont enjoy the games. Probably the best site design I've seen of any online casino. Sign up was really easy with a great no deposit bonus. After that, I heard from the site about a month later and they offered me another no deposit bonus even though I never deposited. I checked with the customer service to verify that it was a legitimate chip for a non-depositor and they confirmed. So I only played at this casino one time so far so take this review with a grain of salt. One of the first things I noticed about Las Atlantis is the fact that they didn't offer any kind of free chip after sign up to test the games so I made a minimum deposit. Naturally I lost the money fairly quickly with a few different games. Perhaps I will try again another time. I also didn't see any type of player loyalty program.

Maybe my expectations were too high but I thought it would be better. Seems to have a lot to offer but was really hoping I would be able to play longer than the free bonus I used allowed me to. I can only provide an initial impression based on registering and trialling a freebie. For me, this casino provides a very straightforward no fuss registration procedure and their $45 free chip gave me the chance to try a few of their slots over about 3 hours before it was exhausted, probably due to my loss of concentration more than luck. The registration was very straightforward, the only problem I had was that I was unable to enter my correct phone number because the dropdown menu would not display my country code Australia so I had to put it a false one (which it accepted).
