To preface this review, I am someone who has passed 100,000$ in deposits with JacksPay, not a casual player. JacksPay has been withholding payment for not only me, but it seems like many other people. I have pending withdrawals since May. The total remainder is $5625. They have been coming up with a variety of excuses on why the payments are delayed. Just recently, funds have come into their BTC wallet, and they still have not paid out anything. Save your money for until they fix their problems. Ghost casino at the moment, live chat is unreachable as well.

Decent slots , but support is misleading sometimes , saying that you need to wait for an important person from the withdrawal department and etc. Withdrawals times are unacceptably long.

Payout is not within 48 hrs nor 5 days. I cashed out thru Bitcoin 3 times and it never hit my account. After waiting 2 weeks I reversed my withdrawal, cashed out again, waited for payment another 7 days then reversed again n played it all back. It's a no for me.

Avoid at all costs. They spam your inbox with free spins with crazy restrictions on them, including a vague playthrough requirement that they make up afterwards. Even if you get lucky and win the $25 max cash-out associated with some of the promotions, they will ask for your documents and then just close your account. If they will do this over $25, imagine what they would do for actual money. The cost that this dinosaur of a platform wasted on rejecting a $25 payout was likely much more than that, which is the silver lining in this cloud of a story.

I'm really warming up to the casino, I was a little leery about trying it because of some things that I've read about the sister casinos, but they have been very generous with the free Spin offers and I've been doing very well here. I like to take a break from RTG casinos every once in awhile and there are few others that I usually go to but for some reason this one it's fast becoming one of my favorites. Will give Jack's an average rating. Had no problem redeeming bonus. The modern look they say...to me the look and setup of the casino was pretty basic and vanilla. Wage requirements are pretty on par to other casinos. Withdrawal times again about average. 2 day processing and 5 days to receive. No slot tournaments which I really do enjoy and look for in a online casino. Also very few table games with none being any poker game. I like 3 card and ride em etc..With nothing in my opinion that makes Jack's stand out and no tournaments and very little table games it will not be a casino that I will be playing. Jackpot Casino is still really young and I could forgive them for the buggy site for that. I can't forgive them for their terrible customer service though. I had a lot of issues registering on the site and as a result and deduct how to speak with customer service for over an hour. It really left a sour taste in my mouth and I wasn't too much enjoying the place by the time I got to actually playing as for the gameplay it's decent and has a nice selection of games I never got to the point of the payout so I can't give you advice on that but just be aware that the site is a little buggy but please forgive them because they are new!

So I found out that I had opened two accounts and this happens more than once for me.Yes guilty..I have been playing for so long and so many come out new with similar names and so I've done it but if I happen to have two sometimes I can't get in for whatever reason . Well here I get in my account successfully and I love the games at these casinos. So I gave them a chance and they sent numerous no de. bonuses and free spins to my phone and email. I started playing them and then I decided to deposit This is all done in one account that I started receiving incentives from.At this point i am not having a clue i had an open acct. previously. BEST Rivals casino hands down. I have played most if not all rival casinos for US players. I claimed the 300% match bonus yesterday but didn't see anything in the promotion about 100 spins so before I claimed it I went to live chat and asked. Someone named Taylor told me yes they honored the 100 spins just claim the promotion and after I was through the spins would appear in my cashier/promotion area.
