I've never actually won anything from this game any free bonus they give you got ridiculous terms to pay play through the rival games are fun but I don't think this casino was built for anyone to win.

Terrible casino. I had several withdrawals here that were realized within 7 days. Then I waited more than 2 months for the last 2 withdrawals I had here. The live chat support staff simply ignored me most of the time. I definitely advise to avoid this place

Well from a quick search I have not found the answer to my question. I figure it be a common one. When asking for withdrawal. It asks for amount, crypto address, and a picture of a bank? What's that all about?

I deposited 100$ into this site and turned it into 400$. I requested a cash out on 12/27 and still have not received it. I have been in contact with customer service and their only reply is that they are going through internal changes that’s why payments are taking so long to process. After reading these reviews they are not going to internal changes, they just don’t payout. I asked for a reimbursement of just the funds that I deposited instead of the 400$ winnings and they still will not comply.

Despite having an amazing welcome bonus package I’m a player who almost never plays without a deposit bonus attached. And for me I need the bonus terms and conditions to be very clear and very easy to find on the site. I couldn’t find any chairs and conditions whatsoever related to bonuses and it was too much of a headache to ask all the necessary questions to customer support therefore I would not trust putting my money on this site!

After months of playing and finally winning, I have yet to receive a payout. I have been pending just over $5K in winnings for 6 weeks. Their terms say 7-10 business days. I have been told by support that it is "in the works" and to "be patient and trust the process". Meanwhile they will not respond to emails, don't answer in chat half the time, and refuse to tell me why it is taking so long.

As I've stated before I've always run into problems with Rival casinos and this one is no exception.Completed a no deposit welcome bonus with exorbitant wagering. ONLY 450 ZAR was allowed for withdrawal which is equivalent to about 3 USD and I had thousands removed upon completion of the wagering. A SMALL Verification deposit was required-a small deposit it said- but they wanted a ridiculous amount like 10 times my winnings afterwhich it would take to up to 7 days to verify my account and a further 7 days to make payment....are these people retarded?who would do that?Anyway they refused to honor the withdrawal and as a result have lost any chance of me playing there in the future ,along with many rival casinos before them.They falsely advertise a no deposit bonus on registration as a welcome incentive, but it is in fact requiring a deposit. .That is false advertising which is a crime ,not to mention misleading for purposes of luring players to the site as well as it' being fraudulent behavior. In general I have never been a fan of rival casinos. The graphics are nice and the casino has a clean interface. However, even with all the free chips available upon sign up...I'm not even really all that interested to keep on playing.

Again, I like most of the games , but there were so little . Very small amount of games and maybe that will change in time. They gave a few no dep. bonuses but the games werent doing well for the dollar amount they gave.. Didnt play too long at all.
