I tried to claim the one hour of free play bonus and was told it is no longer available. Although customer service was quick to respond and offer a detailed alternative matching bonus over my first three deposits, I declined. I absolutely hate when casinos advertise something that I then waste my time signing up based on that advertisement, only to be told either its' no longer available or it's not offered in my country. Casino action has a very nice elite look. It took for me a while to figure out the bonus section, how to use it, how its with free play. But customer support helped with it but still its very confusing. Customer service is usually helpful too. What also disturbs me is the waiting time from two days at payments. This is a solid casino, with some nice options, and again the annoying "up" to $25,000 giveaway, which I have seen before. I have already give my opinion on that, and I believe that it is just an eye candy for the site, no real chance of getting the prize, specially for the tweaked terms and conditions that apply. The sign up bonus is a well known time limited thing, you get $1250 and 60 minutes to spend the smart, keeping an eye to the WR's, and after that, whatever you win up to $100, you get to keep.
