After that happen I started to get a bunch of emails from my bank that 4 transaction were popping up on my account and they said that it looked suspicious the good thing I always lock my card thank God and my friend started to play and now someone trying to take money out of her account to we don't know who is doing it but it never happened to either one of us to many happen a few days after giving our info again we just think it's them but then I tried email calling they will not respond to me at all I got scammed. I should have did the background check on them before i put in 400$ people be careful they will take all your money someone said that they been telling doing this for a while. Good luck everyone but the is a other casino game that is legit its call brovda check it out I have won a lot of money and you get your money same day and if you don't have a bank account they send you to this other website that's called matchpay check it out all the games are good too.. sorry I was all over the place I just wanted to make sure I put everything that happened to me so it doesn't happen to the next person.

Horrible customer service. This casinonis lacking both communication and professionalism. I use to only play their free chip, then decided to deposit. Bad idea! I played, I won and I regret the entire experience. I cashed out $500 on 8/18/24 and I received $48 in bitcoin on 9/13/24. So almost a solid month and this was after their representative initiated a "keyboard war" on the comment section of my review on another site. Apparently since I used a free chip, and my comp points with in the same session my deposit was basically void. Regardless of their T&C I still gave them more money than they gave me in the end and I was completely disrespected the entire waiting period. I received about 15 promises to "let me know" when my withdrawal was approved and I have yet to receive that notification. Not a single congrats, thanks for playing, nada!!! Save yourself the trouble and take your money to a casino that will appreciate your business and hopefully has adult supervision.
