About Pot ‘O’ Gold

Right from the start, you can see that Pot ‘O’ Gold is your generic Irish luck themed slot. However, from the moment you open up this Amaya Gaming developed slot, you will also see that it is not a video slot, but a classic slot machine. A classic slot machine with a few bonus features, that is. The slot itself very simple looking in design, but that won’t stop you from being able to bag a few quid spinning its reels.

Pot ‘O’ Gold is played over 3 reels in total, upon which sit just a single payline. Players can choose the credit value button to select coin values of 0.01 up to 5.00, and they can use the “bet one” button to wager up to 3 coins per spin. Pot ‘O’ Gold is therefore a classic slot which has a minimum wager of 0.01 per spin, and a maximum wager of 15.00 per spin. That is hardly extortionate for a classic slot machine. Players will find that they can win a progressive jackpot in this classic slot, and there aren’t too many classic slots which can offer you the same.

Special Features

There are actually quite a few special symbols and features in this slot, which is strange for a classic slot. The “5” symbol is a wild, and a 5x multiplier. It can substitute for all other symbols, save for leprechaun icons, bonus rainbow symbols, and “any one” pays symbols. As you might expect, when a wild appears in a winning combination, it will multiply the value of the winning combination by 5x its normal rate of pay.

It is also possible to land both a leprechaun and a “5” wild on the same paylines, and when they appear with another symbol, the player will win 25x their total stake.

In order to win the jackpot, players need to land 3 leprechauns on the reels, as well as have a 3-coin bet activated. The leprechaun is also a wild, and it also offers a 5x multiplier. That’s two wilds for you, then.

Bonus Feature

Landing the bonus rainbow symbol on the reels will trigger a bonus feature. The bonus feature in this slot is a pretty simple free spins feature. Whilst it doesn’t offer too much excitement to the player, it has to be said that alongside 2 wilds, and two 5x multipliers, a free spins feature in this slot means that there is so much to play for in what would otherwise be a very basic slot machine game.
