PENGUINS IN PARADISE

About Penguins in Paradise

Nutty as its theme may be, it kind of works. In Penguins in Paradise, the famous Antarctic birds are dumped on a tropical and sunny island for the theme of this game, which has been produced by NextGen Gaming. Players can expect to be able to find 5 reels and 25 paylines of action in this game, whilst bets stem from a floor of 0.01 up to 20.00 per line. As you can imagine, this gives a hefty wagering range for your average player, with bets costing at least 0.01 per line per spin (since the paylines can be altered) up to no more than 500.00 a spin. Any player who manages to hit the ground running and land a non-progressive prize can expect to be able to score wins which are worth as much as 5,000 coins in all. That’s not a bad little earner from a cartoony but simple slot machine such as this, especially since the RTP rate is below average, at just 93.49%.

Special Features

Players are going to want to keep their eyes peeled for the penguin symbol. This partying penguin is the slot’s wild symbol, and he can substitute for any other icons in the game, the only exception being the cocktail drink (you know, the one with the goldfish in it).

That scatter symbols can deliver scattered cash prizes, but also triggering a free spin bonus round in this game. You will need to land at least 3 of them on the screen during a single base game spin to trigger the slot’s special feature.

Wilds also serve another purpose in this game. Landing wild symbols on the second, third and fourth reels at the same time will trigger a Penguin Surfing Bonus. In this feature, players can select from a handful of surfing tricks, and players will pocket instant win cash prizes based on how well he performs those tricks. Prizes are guaranteed to be worth at least 2x your total bet in this game but can often be worth far more.

Bonus Feature

Initially, players will start the free spin bonus feature with a total of just 10 free games. During those spins, anything you win will instantly be doubled courtesy of a running 2x multiplier throughout the bonus round. Scatter symbols can also retrigger the feature, giving you another crack at the big time.
