About Mad Piñatas

The Mad Piñatas slot is a non-progressive jackpot slot machine game from Leander Games. Although they are not known for their big jackpots, there is a more than reasonable amount that can be won from this slot, especially since its bets are quite cheap. Mad Piñatas is, of course, based on the famous Mexican birthday celebration. Mad Piñatas features 5 reels and 25 paylines just as you would expect any video slot to, however you can find yourself wagering anything from 0.25 per spin, up to 500.00 per spin on this slot. Players can expect to be able to win as much as 10,000 coins via this slot machine’s non-progressive jackpot. Quirky, zany, and full of fun, the Mad Piñatas slot can provide hours of entertainment for your average slot player.

Special features

There are wild symbols in this game, and they appear as a metal piñata. We’ve never seen one in the flesh, so we’ll have to assume that this is what it is. Wild symbols can substitute for all other symbols in the slot, except for the scatter icon. Wild symbols are the best paying symbols in this slot machine, and you will need to land 5 of them on any active payline in the game in order to come away with the non-progressive jackpot prize.

The scatter (known as a bonus symbol in this slot) appears as a wooden crate. It can only crop up on the first, third, and fifth reels of the slot. When it does it can offer you a three-tiered bonus round. The first stage of this bonus is to select a weapon, a piñata, and a random multiplier will then be awarded to them.

Bonus feature

The Smash ‘em All free spins bonus begins once you have selected from the options listed above. Players will notice that there are three sticks on the central three reels. These can be moved by the player. Players must smash the piñatas to reveal the number of free spins they will get.

Players will start the bonus with at least 10 free games, but if further piñatas appear on the reels of this bonus, they can be smashed to offer the players further free spins. It is nifty and nice way to add a bonus feature to this game, and it is original. There are several piñata themed slots out there on the net, and none of them have managed to come up with something as clever or as creative as this for a bonus feature.
