LIONS LAIR

About Lions Lair

Lion’s Lair is a slot game from one of the world’s leading software providers, RTG. It boasts five reels and 20 pay lines where players can bet between $0.01 and $5.00, making it adaptable for any sort of budget. Players can pick how many pay lines they would like to bet on in this African themed game. A random progressive jackpot is also available which can be won at random depending on the casino site. This game will certainly give you an adventure into the heart of Africa.

Special Features

Having an African theme, the most significant symbols in this game is obviously the lion and its home but it will be discussed later. Other symbols include a lion cub, zebra, paw print and a flower. These symbols offer some of the higher payouts than the card symbols which go from ace to nine.

Pay tables and rules are nifty features that most online slots have and this feature makes it seem straightforward as it explains how the wilds and scatters work; and how the game works. It even explains how the auto-play function operates. The auto-play function however, is very basic compared to other games; you cannot set parameters to make it stop.

The design is very simplistic and the sound is very nostalgic of the 80s arcade games.

Bonus Features

The lion is the wild symbol in this game and, like wilds in other games, can be replaced with other symbols in any winning pay line except the scatter. The king of the jungle only appears in the first, third and fifth reels. All winning combinations are paid double if the wild appears in it.

Scatters can act as many things like multipliers or tickets to score free spins in many slot games. In this one, the cave is the scatter symbols for this game which only appears in the second, third and fourth reels. You need to get three of them in a row to get 12 free games but here’s the twist: you need to choose which multiplier to use of each set of four spins. In other words, on the first set of four spins, you can choose between 2X, 3X or 5X. The downside to this is that it can be just your hard luck if you win the jackpot but you cannot use the 5X multiplier when you get that winning combo.
