DOUBLE MAGIC

About Double Magic

Double Magic is a very basic, classic slot machine game from Microgaming. The game is now over a decade old, but it still finds favour amongst lovers of these elementary, one-armed bandit style slot machines. Double Magic is about as primitive as classic slots come, with just 3 reels and a single payline present on the reels. Players might therefore expect cheap bets in the slot, however, that won’t turn out to be the case. Wagers cost at least 0.50 per spin, and can actually cost as much as 20.00 per spin. That’s rather extortionate for such a simple slot. Double Magic can also see players win as much as 1,600 coins. However, wins occur so infrequently that the Double Magic slot can be rather infuriating.

Special Features

You can forget about looking for special features in the Double Magic slot machine. If you didn’t already pick up on it from the introduction, Double Magic is your generic, classic slot machine game. There are no wilds, no scatters, no free spins, or other goodies to be had. Instead, players are going to have to rely on the basic symbols to bag their wins.

Such symbols include cherries, single bars, double bars and triple bars as well as sevens. These symbols can deliver wins which range from a floor of 2 coins up to 200 coins. When playing Double Magic, it helps to place a 2-coin bet. Placing two-coin bets can see you win double the figure you would with a single-coin bet, hence the name of the slot machine game.

Winning the Jackpot

There is virtually nothing magical about this slot. The symbols which appear on the reels do not have anything to do with magic at all, save for the electric star symbol. This icon happens to be the non-progressive jackpot paying icon. Landing it 3 times on the game’s singular payline will dish out wins worth 800 coins if you have a single-coin bet. This doubles to a non-progressive prize of 1,600 coins if you can land the symbols on the line with a two-coin bet.
