About Cashino

Barcrest brings us a straightforward title with a casino theme to it. Cashino has a plain background with a golden frame dotted with lights around the edges giving it a Vegas feel but at the same time making it look a little gaudy. The reels are plain white which help the cartoonish looking symbols to stand out.

It uses a five reel format with twenty pay lines and you can bet 1 coin on each line. The pay-out percentage is not in the player’s favour and stands out at about 95%, which we feel is too high for this mediocre offering.

We get the feeling that not much development time was spent in designing this slot and it was created on a slim budget. Thankfully the gameplay is that not as cheap since it contains a couple of features to prevent the main game from being monotonous.

Special Features

The pair of dice special symbol will award you with 2x your stake if three or more appear with in the frame. They only are only found on reels two, three and four and are the key to claiming free spins. The dice will be replaced by other symbols and the player will be prompted to pick one to reveal the number of free spins won. The free spins take place immediately with the feature retriggering if three or more dice appear again. You gain double your stake plus 15 additional spins each time that happens, to a maximum of 999.

Bonus Feature

Cashino has two scatter symbols that open up to some very short mini activities based on casino table games.

The first one is activated by landing three or more of the scatter symbols that look like playing cards anywhere on the screen. Then it’s a simple choice of picking a card to expose a multiplier of your win, with a value up to 500 times your stake.

The second one is activated by landing three or more of the scatter symbols that look like roulette wheels anywhere on the screen. Suddenly a spinning chip will appear and is followed by a 3D wheel. The wheel will spin and your prize will be wherever it stops on the clicker. Disappointingly there’s no action to be had as this is all done automatically. The rewards are up to 100x your total bet and if fortune favours you with a Roulette wheel symbol, the wheel spins again for free and is boosted with higher multipliers.
