I am having a similar issue at the moment and it has happened to me 8 months ago over an 1800 dollar withdrawal.

This is a terrible casino. I have played here for quite some time, but when it comes to withdrawals they often seem to cancel them and ask me to re verify my profile. They are asking for a bank card I used over a year ago that I no longer have as I have replaced that card. I have no way of taking a photo of it because it was chopped up a year ago. My account was verified. A few months ago and I had no problem making withdrawals up until today again. They claim I cannot make the withdrawal without proof of this old bank card. I have removed that payment method from my account and they had no problem with it up until today.

I think this site is alright for beginners. However, I think I expected too much into this site that it became overwhelming. Games were okay, the interface is okay. Everything about it just screams 'okay' which is not great in my books and level of quality I would expect from an online casino.
