This is a terrible casino. I have played here for quite some time, but when it comes to withdrawals they often seem to cancel them and ask me to re verify my profile. They are asking for a bank card I used over a year ago that I no longer have as I have replaced that card. I have no way of taking a photo of it because it was chopped up a year ago. My account was verified. A few months ago and I had no problem making withdrawals up until today again. They claim I cannot make the withdrawal without proof of this old bank card. I have removed that payment method from my account and they had no problem with it up until today.

I think this site is alright for beginners. However, I think I expected too much into this site that it became overwhelming. Games were okay, the interface is okay. Everything about it just screams 'okay' which is not great in my books and level of quality I would expect from an online casino.

i used to like this casino. i deposited many times there. however, they do not value customers - the only bonuses they send me to email are weak deposit bonuses or deposit FS, moreover ALL THEIR DEPOSIT BONUSES are capped on maximum winnings, when confronted them, they excused like "most casinos have this rule, so do we". most of the dishonest casinos! for me it is a no-no.

Many deposit methods to choose. But deposits first have to be wager 3x before you can withdraw... I know such rules only from bonus offers and is not realy gambler friendly. There are many Slotprovider, but unfortunately I miss BTG, Playgo and PushGaming.

This casino has a lot of providers so thats a big plus and quite enjoyable. The wager is your standard 40x the bonus. Not too big of a restricted list. However there are some negatives. This casino goes total overkill upon cashout with document request. At first it was just normal ID, address, proof of payment. But they seemed to look for things the more you corrected things to their satisfaction. They would ask for "oh we need this too oh and this and this!" They also asked for more and more stuff. ID+Selfie. They asked for pictures of the address bars and a document to show the exact transaction to their casino. So in short, I get the feeling this casino does not like to pay players and will do anything to find a reason not to. My cashout was only $700. If it was for $7000 I do not feel like I would be paid. Or I might be paid but I would have to fight them very hard for it. Not a casino I feel safe in. Any casino that goes total overkill with document request has a reason. They dont like to pay. They can use KYC procedure as an excuse but as we all know most casinos dont ask for selfies and address bars and all that other nonsense. Also once I met all their bs requests, the chat agent closed down chat completely and made it they werent open any longer so live chat was totally unavailable. I am open to adding more comments if the rep can provide me good reasons why they are acting like this that will make me believe they are safer than I feel.
