I have been trying to reach this casino through email and live chat but never have they replied. Not even once. I have requested my first withdrawal last month but was told that the minimum withdrawal amount is 250. So I played more till I reached 250. Then I requested a new withdrawal but they never follow up about it. I have been trying for almost a month now but no answer. I tied looking for their casino representative here in lcb but I was disappointed to find nothing. Now I do not know how am I supposed to reach them as they have been ignoring my queries.

Another terrible one indeed. I had been betting on slot at least 1$ for hours while the playthrough amount was just 200$. However, the playthough was not met. It seemed to be infinity instead of 20x. Moreover, casino representative on live chat was in the chat but did not answer.

I send my ID on january 3th, and today i wrote to live help , where they were looking for all kind of excuses for me not to be able to withdraw: said i wasnt active player, said that minimum withdraw is 200eur, even though its written in bonus terms that maximum cashout is 30eur...they even said they dont need my documents.......they dont care about terms and condition! I used their 10 free no deposit bonus but honestly i never trust Rival casinos ,to weird terms and conditions and too long withdraw time frame i think i will stick to my favorite casinos i can trust.
