I cannot speak to the app so much, which seems a little bit different than just using the website but this is one of the sweepstakes casinos that have been around. I think from the beginning and albeit they do things a little bit different. They are still one of the legitimate ones out there. And by legitimate I mean they'd pay out when you win, they offer some promotions, and they have plenty of games to choose from.

Only reason I'm giving a whole star is because the games are unique and love the walk in casino type games you can play on this site. Other than that, I can't win here.

Oh high five Okay so I am a connoisseur of sweeps casinos so to speak. In a nutshell, high five has a lot of really positive aspects. If you use Skrill as a payment method you can get a payout within a few hours usually. Their min payout is $100 though and it can be very hard to get there. JS! I do not like their VIP program. I think it is basically based on how much they are winning off of you and not how much you are spinning with them if that makes sense. I was spinning one day on H5C and I was winning! I ended up cashing out a few hundred dollars that day and I was spinning reels over an hour to get there. Somehow my VIP level went down immediately after redeeming. The only reason I can give for that is because somehow they detracted from my VIP level because they were losing money!? That doesn't seem quite right. That really is my biggest complaint with H5C. It is full of cookies and you'll have to clear your cache quite a bit. For the most part, if you can get to at least $100 worth of winnings, It's a fairly seamless redemption process (as long as you have Skrill). Their game catalog is good. The trick with that is to search specifically for the game that you would like to play because they do not advertise or give a full listing of the slots available anywhere on the site. Not that I have found anyway! They promote their brand above all others

Not at the top of my list and site overall kind of lags and take a bit to load on all my devices. Not a big fan of the slots available nor the fact that no crypto transactions are available. Haven’t had a withdrawal request here so no info on timeframe for that.

Buggy site, scrubby games, bummy customer service. There's enough here to appreciate but nothing you can't appreciate somewhere else at a higher quality

No live chat for support really bugged me because when i have an issue i want to raise concern upon it isnt resolved and i do appreciate it when its solved immediately

when claiming free spins it's a hit and miss as I get error when loading some games. this is one of the few casino that gives me frequent errors when loading a game. games are laggy also. I do not recommend this place

I actually like this site but it super slow and lagging so much though!!

Not to big of a fan, anytime I try to log in they just sent me right back to the screen to log in again. Never have I been able to actually login and play which is quite frustrating after filling out the register account details. Cleared cache and still no fix.
