Put in for withdrawal on the 23rd of December. It’s almost been 7 days of constant kyc rejections and ridiculous requests and critiques of said requests. Officially they would say my withdrawal was requested on the 26th but that’s because they get to make up the rules I suppose. Even then and by their own terms thy are in contravention of payout time frames. They state 48 hours, it’s been over 72. Customer support use the same line every time, no new updates it’s in the final stage of security review. Spare me I hate these people and if you are lucky enough to win a decent amount straight up, well you’d be even luckier to actually get it paid to you. Ps they advertise instant payments on their site. If you are in need of a laugh, tell support that. They come up with the most ridiculous excuses.

I’ve tested the site on both desktop and mobile, and I’m impressed with how smoothly it runs on my phone, even with spotty data. The only negative is that loading times for the live games are a bit longer on mobile, but once connected, I never had crashes.

Casino was easy to navigate and didn't lag. Slots catalogue is pretty typical - had all my go-to's and preferred regular slots I tend to play. Deposit was instant haven't gotten a chance to withdraw yet, so unsure how well that process goes. I noticed there was chat support available which I appreciate because there's nothing worse than a casino without chat support. Would play there again.
