Very very much not impressed. Support staff wasted about 20 minutes reviewing my profile only to tell me they know nothing about what my issue is. That was the second person I had talked to. Of course on my end I could see the whole chat. And then after explaining my situation to the second person, they responded with unfortunately my shift is over I'm going to pass you along to the next experts. Miles only gave me generic responses to my very specific explanation with a screenshot. The game kept on crashing on the last spin of the Holden win which if the coin lands I get the grand jackpot. Do you think the way a Social Casino actually makes profit is by stealing the winnings? I'm sure they don't sell many of those worthless coins, so how else are they making a profit?
