After depositing over $1000 the week leading up to April 26th, i made one that night, used the deposit reference code correctly, they accepted my deposit, but their system gave me a failed notice, and immediately showed the support it was accepted, and id like them to make it right. having put in a fair amount that week, i expected a quick resolution of a smaller deposit. They made me wait for an actual bank statement, not a screen print of the transaction which showed the time stamp, the code and the acceptance. I gave them the statement last week, and asked them to get on with it, i waited 3 weeks for a refund. Here we are a week later, they won`t respond to the emails, the live chat left me hanging 3 times without any answer. So i won`t put another F*cking cent in that sh*t box. I cashed out on 6/24/20 for $2000 to be wire transferred to my bank. It is now July 15th and nothing in my account. Once I cashed out I sent them the required documents and even verified over the phone that they received and it was good to go they confirmed. Then they said that it would be a 10-day processing hold which has already passed. Now everytime I chat with him I get a different answer. The majority of the answers I receive is that it has been sent to my bank already. Which my bank denies receiving any wire transfers. I just don't understand why I'm getting the runaround on collecting my winnings. Are why I can't be told a straight answer instead of getting the runaround. I have tried twice now to withdraw winnings that were in compliance with their terms and conditions. The first time was $5000. I sent in my documents and a week and a half later received an email asking for them again and I complied. Waited to hear from then and 2 weeks after that they reversed the withdrawal stating it had timed out. At that time I had active bonuses so I could not make the withdrawal request again until I had played them out. I lost the 5k and eventually won over $2000. I made sure to cash out and forfeit all bonuses and then tried to withdraw $2000. I waited the full 48 hours and spoke with an agent who told me that it had been approved and once it went through the 2nd approval today it would processed. I logged in today to find that it had been reversed and then showed a correction and completed. But when I talked to an agent named Catherine today she informed me it had been voided because all my winnings were from bonuses. I assured it was not! And informed of what the other agent had told me. But then she quit replying and now I have no idea where the money is or whats is going. I have repeatedly attempted to contact their finance representative Melisa in emails and have not received any response. I am at the point where I have all correspondence, statements, and chats saved and ready to submit a complaint as well as filing a fraud suit. Big Dollar looked me the most beautiful website from all bet on soft software casinos. But i see here and saw at some other forums that players can trust in them. And it's sad because it looks really fantastic, that black theme creates serious atmosphere at the casino. But on the other hand i'm not a fan of this software casinos. ...here I am, two years laterish...I see that I never finished commenting. I DID eventually "get the money". I am happy to say that. That being said, I am not sure that I'd try THAT again, although the games obviously did pay out. I am not sure that I am fussy on the game selection, after all. As well, I had added a gumming up factor of having a different e-mail attached to my Skrill than the one I signed up at the casino with. However, again, can understand that adding a week of difference to the paying out (I thought I'd be very clever and my Skrill would have it's own e-mail...big mistake). I was associated with big dollar casino a long time ago and was really satisfied with them in the beginning but suddenly they started giving late replies to my problems and things started to change there were delayed payment which had never happened before and i tried to talk to the admin about this but he is also not replying to my messages. The message talk is the most lame conversation between a user and the support whereas live chat is the best way to connect to the users they have it but the support does not seem to be replying to live chat messages so had to email them instead. Big dollar casino is one of the biggest mistakes in the casino industry. I do not understand how does casino rooms like get a license and permit to go ahead. These guys are real and very big frauds. Okay, you guys win. I should have known. I have been a latestdepositbonuses.com user for years and years, and it's been pretty good, and pretty fun. Well, I won $100 at BetBigDollar and....waited the 48 hours pending, then the additional 'processing' 48 hours and my Skrill is dryer than the Dodo Quiche Bar. I had been convinced...some of the workers sound very professional. I'm a bit surprised, but lcb.org's crystal ball had more going for it than the novelty item I've been using. Cheers.

I hope lcb.org gets a chance to re-review BetBigDollar (Big Dollar) Casino. I used a free Sunday chip and won $100. They were friendly, and fast responding - the chat is reliable and the site ran well on my junky old computer. I will write back in one more time after I get the money.
