Dont play here!!! Casino Royal Club does not like to payout! Has anyone ever cashed out at Casino Royal Club? What a pain! They call me 3-4 times a week while I’m working so I tell them to email me the info but they still called until I made a deposit with no bonus and cashed out January 3rd, 2017. Haven’t heard a peep since.I emailed them and mentioned that I’ve looked at every square inch and read every word both at the web site and in the casino software and at each place it mentions “security documents” under Terms & conditions on the web site and “identity verification documents may be requested” in the casino software but gives no mention of what they are or where to obtain them. No response. So I called and asked-photo ID, copy both sides credit card, & utility bill which I emailed over a week ago. Still no response or pay-out. Anyone else have this happen? Now when I initiate chat they just leave me hanging. I think they use caller ID because I can no longer reach them on the phone. And they most certainly will not acknowledge any emails. I had to have them on the phone while I emailed them my security documents so they would acknowledge I sent them. Two prior attempts confirming they went through just isn’t good enough

Casino Royal Club uses software Rival, and recently I have little confidence in them. They pay very long and sometimes they do not pay at all. I played in this casino with a bonus without a deposit and won 50 euros. For a very long time they checked my documents and then for a very long time there was a payment. I spent 10 days on this !

Where are many similar casinos from rival like this. Bad and good. Just imagine, if a player dont read reviews about casinos i have ever played for ex at Superior Casino from rival and was payed fast(like me) so he will join Royal Club and will start make deposits feeling good about them. And after-bum! He waits waits waits but money do not comes:) Thanks to lcb for possibility to find out who is who and it helps us to save much of our hard earned money:)

This is very very bad casino. They are powered by Rival and they offer standard Rival games. Software isn't so bad and games neither but when it comes to withdraw you will have big problems. This casino will do everything to delay or avoid your payment. They are locked my account without any reason. I didn't have a lot of money but still it is not ok. Avoid this casino!

I remember bad experience with this Rival casino. Got something like 20 $ signup No deposit bonus, somehow made playthrough and support told me I need to deposit to order my wothdrawal request. I made minimum deposit, but was not able to withdraw because They activated welcome bonus with huge playthrough requirements..Don't know if it was joke, but support was unreachable via email as well as live support ignored me..So lost my money and never came back here...Poor casino and support.

Nice! Why did I not know about this site a few time sooner ? I could be richer of that money I gave there. Just got angry when saw this one !!

deb66, this casino is known for not paying the players. The warning is placed here for a reason and we advise you and every other player to play elsewhere.

I am surprised of the rating for this casino. I have played there several times, as a depositing player, and never had any problems. Customer service is extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend them to others.
